I am a bit confused on the assault

Exactly even I thought this, after tearing maya's clothes, biting her, saying I will do sth that you you will not be able to show your face, finally he had the audacity to say " maya is lying???".

Makers are definitely trying to hide some facts in ayan-maya case. Arjun-Maya scenes are pretty clear and straight forward. But I think I'm Ayaan-Maya case, Ayaan was physically hurting her, pushing her, trying to take keys but he was not trying to rape her..he was handling maya as if she is Man.. Rape was not on his mind that why he looked shocked when maya and police blamed him for rape attempt..

As far as his dialogues are concerned those are just to confuse some viewers like it's done everytime with maya hinting she is murdere.

Everybody is. Hv to wait till d end of phase 2 to know d truth.

Any damn girl will make a molestation charge after all this. He also had the audacity to say " ye maya ki chaal hai" like seriously???

I will not be surprised if in future it would be revealed that aayan really tried to molest Maya and he was damn confident that he will be saved as his family and sanjh trusts him and not maya.
