I already shared earlier that her presence is done purposely, and she will create a drama. The only thing she can do is to trap and emotionally blackmail Abhi, she can share like doctor told her she has very short time to live, she wants to see their shaddi, she can even collapse to get his sympathy. Anyhow let's her do this, she would never achieve her goal, Abhi already realized and got the meaning of real love, and he will surprise all of them the moment when villains will be overconfident of their victory. 😉
