Are yaar pehle get some manners and feed yourself some humanitarian values of respect and not make such targeting, hurtful comments.

If I'm staying away from this and being silent and letting it go doesnt mean some xyz can come and talk bs about me and moral police me.
First learn yourself some manners and make yourself an example for something and talk abt manners and humanitarian values.
And your humanitarian values were known from the way u have said things like #desh ka badnaam karhe ho tum jaise log#
And people like u dont have any right to moral police me.

If u r so jobless and want to continue this post can continue bcz people like u can never change and we can't expect anything better from u.

And do u even know what had happened completely ?
Well u are so quick into conclusions.

Hey, apologies if it sounded like that, but I didn't meant to assert any sense of superiority. I agree with your description of Hinduism, but an underlying principle of the religion involve ahimsa, whether it is physical or mental violence. When I saw a couple who claimed to be "Hindus" acting in a non-Hindu manner by attacking another's faith, I thought it as my duty as a Hindu to point out that what they're doing is not Hindu-like. Labelling oneself as a "Hindu" when they are being so ignorant is incredibly hypocritical, and that is all I was trying to point out.
What I meant by the post was, if you're going to defend your religion, do it in a peaceful manner which doesn't demean other religions and go against Hindu principles.

No need to apologize, you didn't do anything wrong. I picked up on what you were saying, but this was more of a general, for-everyone sort of post. It was inspired by your post, so I quoted you. 😃

Thank you for taking this stand. Apologizing to people is an incredibly hard thing to do, but it's quite the humbling experience.

In the Gaudiya Vaishnava branch of Hinduism, Lord Chaitanya Mahaprabhu (considered by Gaudiya Vaishnvas as Lord Krishna himself) left 8 verses to teach the world about being a devotee of God and it's by far one of my most cherished verses in Sanskrit.

One of the points He mentions is to be as humble as a blade of grass, and as tolerant as a tree. Humility and tolerance are extremely difficult to achieve, but it's important for us to achieve that frame of mind to continue living peacefully and focus on spiritual progress. The analysis given tells us that even though we walk on grass, which has a sharp, pointy end, the grass bends down while you walk on it to provide a more comforting experience. Similarly, the tree stands out there in the hot sun, the cold night, facing whatever forces of nature. It allows animals to take up residence, and it provides shade and fruits.

I learned this a few years ago and it immediately affected my heart with it's beautiful message. Admittedly, I'm not even 5% of the way there. 😆Anyway, just wanted to share that tidbit with you. And apologies if I offended you across our short discussion.

There has been enough discussion on the main post already and there is nothing more left to discuss. The post deviated from the original subject with personal attacks and bringing religion.

Religion is a sensitive topic and there was no need to bring it here.
