Ditto to what you said mate. Even SP were least bothered with OmRu and happy to let them carry on being shippers and giving reactions after being promoted as leads. But they could see their popularity, so would get them to do new years greeting etc.

Then came the fan demands for OmRu stories and in IB it was not happening, but Gul Ma and SP were getting bugged. SP being business-minded thought of a spin-off and like you said 10.30 is not a high TRP grossing slot for them, so why not experiment? They launched DBO saying this was going to focus on love lives of OmRu with clearly a bigger emphasis on Om. They even roped in a well known previous SP female lead. So they clearly looked forward to cashing in on Om and also Rudra's existing fan base. Just as they thought, the show opened to great ratings and continued to rise.

But Gul had no story after the first 4 weeks and just told some random person (Not Harneet) to write some BS to keep the show going and maybe people will stop watching in a few weeks and SP will cancel the show. Suits Gul and even SP don't look too bad coz hey "they tried". They gave SS to OmRu, tried to tell their story, but people lost interest etc. The truth though is, people lost interest in the BS story, not OmRu. But this will be like their excuse to make OmRu background noise and shippers in their original show again.

By this point July will come and contracts will be up and KuLee will leave. (Coz they won't sign up for 1 more year of standing in the background). They can both get roles as leads on other shows I am sure. I guess that is Gul's grand plan. She thinks people are dumb and can't figure it out. Too bad for her, people are a lot smarter than she thinks they are. I think most of her audience are smarter than her or her CV's. They know this, but act like the audience is dumb for their own convenience.

Yes, KuLee will definitely quit, along with Shrenu as she's also a popular actress like Vrushika and will not agree to play a wallpaper. TRP is good for this time slot but this type of TRP will only work for a finite series. Is DBO a finite series??? Even if it's not, it'll become one soon.

TRP will be okay or increase with good storyline focussing on the leads because all Shrenu Fans started watching Along with Kunal Fans plus IB fans , show started with BANG then Svetlana Arrived with a new writer on the show and almost ruined it .😆

Now Harneet is back to save the show and Ofcourse Gul has story .. but its all upto her ..when and how to use ...let see

At the moment Rival channel per jo show hai .. usase DBO ka TRP is good ..😆so Hopefully Gul mata and Channel will open their eyes and Focus on good story and let svetlana Crap Go..

BUT IPL is starting soon ...All the shows will get affected ...😆

The previous show running at 10:30 PM before DBO was POW, which was a finite series. Before POW , Dahleez used to air at this time slot which too was a finite series. Before Ishqbaaz, Tamanna used to air at 10:00 PM which again was a finite series. The shows which run for years in SP, are those which bring high TRP. The show which gets low TRP goes off air. If Gul had story for Rikara and Rumya, then wouldn't have been showing us Svetlana BS.

Gaurika, You seem to be very optimistic about this show which I think isn't good.

No only DBO all shows trp decreased specially star plus show a. So no worries and lastly trp of DBO is 1.7 not 1.45

People it's not about TRP being 1.7 or less than last week, the point is that the show is out of top 20, I don't think you can get the impressions of shows after 20 directly from BARC as they make it public only for top 20 shows so we will have to rely on Salil's numbers

I'm going to say it in Shivaay's style "Fhat the wuck", are u freaking kidding me? DBO just got 1.7 trps. I watch dis show for KJ only! CVs pls get up for once n 4 all, n put a full stop to dat Svetlana track, I can't take dat Svetlana crap anymore.😡
