Kartik calls the delivery boys and asked, "What the hell is going on? Why have you not gone there for the reverse pick up?"
The delivery boy said, "The address has not been given in detail"
Kartik: When you can deliver to this place, can't you pick up at the same place?
One more phone rings. Kanan picks the call and receives one more complaint from the customer about the wrong item. She checks the customer and the order no and finds out that the orders are delivered at wrong places.
Kanan: Well, no need of sending them. The products are delivered to wrong persons. It is better if we tell the customers to contact each other and exchange.
Kartik: That is a good idea but what if both the customers are together and talk bad about is.
Kanan: They need not meet personally. We will give them the address and ask them to courier the item to them.
Kartik: Yes, that is fair enough. You have solved this problem very easily. Even I didn't get that idea.
Kanan gives the list of the orders that are mixed and tells the executives to send the mail in this regard. The executives send the mail to the respective customers and rectify their mistakes. The customers finally receive the products they want.
Kanan: I am going for lunch now.
Kartik: We will have it together. I need to discuss with you something that important.
Kartik & Kanan go for lunch. He hands some legal documents to her and said, "These are confidential files which have to be only within the legal department."
