This saying stands true for Mr.Dev Dixit.
While I was surprised at Dev's concern for the Boses, I was immediately brought back to reality by his open challenge for Sonakshi to go against his mother and face his wrath.
Sonakshi. She, once again proved that she has not erased the bad memories of her past but used them to build herself up and that has made her so strong that she's now indestructible. She is the same woman who once believed that love was enough to sustain a relationship and tried hard to implement the same in her life but failed miserably. But instead of forgetting that as a bad dream, she learnt a valuable life lesson. She understood that relationships are built on love, trust and a lot of effort. They need constant attention, they need time but the most important thing that they need is transparency.
Dev. He's still stuck in the same phase of life. That phase where he can't see or hear anything beyond his mother. He acknowledges his part in the separation (finally) but turns a blind eye towards the contribution of his family. Today, he could have opened his brain to new thoughts. He could have given a thought to whatever Sonakshi said and might have concluded that she was completely right. Two families are bound to each other when a couple gets married, both the families need to trust each other, help each other and be transparent to each other. Only then, the couple can survive. But Dev me kya kiya? Jo voh hamesha karta hai 😃
