Aahh, this is such an interesting question! So what makes him happy? Emphasis being on happy, I think OBro moments. And here, I'm taking happy to mean in the enthusiastic way.

WIth his brothers, Shivaay is happy like a child, as many have stated here. During Obro moments, he seems jovial, carefree. It's like we're transported back to his childhood. But despite that, there's this thing - ke he has to look out for them. Yes, he's carefree but he's also - at the back of his head - thinking ke "I have to make sure these smiles never go away and I'll take on the whole world for it."

On the other hand, being with Anika is important for him - something he can't do without, now. Her presence is like his assurity. You know, that feeling you get when you're in trouble and you just want to rest your head in your mother's lap and let her tell you all will be okay (because if mom says it'll be okay, it WILL be okay)? He gets that from Anika (and vice versa). Agar woh hai, toh Shivaay knows ke he won't have to be the great wall alone. He won't have to protect his family alone. He has someone to look out for him, too. Someone who'll take on the world to make him smile. What he is for his family, Anika is for him.

So, to put it simply, being with his brothers makes him happy. Being without his brothers will make him sad, depressed, desolate.

Being with Anika makes him content, fulfilled and complete (which for me is another form of being happy. You need to feel content to be happy, most of all.) Without Anika, he'll feel empty, hollow, scared and alone.
