Nice Post...

But I don't really understand Arjun...i mean what exactly is his problem... he says that Maya is suffocating him but if he can go out drink get a wrestler to hit him throw Maya out of "his" car and go to the pub, get Maya asleep and talk openly to Jhanvi etc etc

Then how exactly is she "Suffocating" him? Yes I do know she installs cameras and stuff but still somehow it doesn't convince me about Arjun really being suffocated or helpless. They are Overexxaratting it.

Maybe I need to watch more episodes to understand Arjun and his situation.

But after having said this however I remember what Arjun used to do in the past 3 years back when Maya did give him Space. The hotel episode and Holi tamasha between Arjun and Saanjh was in no way Appropriate. Therefore I would say it's Arjun's failure to win Maya's trust and he has made her feel more insecure due to his own behaviour.

Maya needs a counsellor. For her own good. Sukoon is what she needs. Love cant cure people without medical attention. Yes love is a factor. But medical attention is the primary need.

Arjun too needs help rn. Counseller and reuniting with his photography passion maybe. He doesnt touch the camera nowadays.

There's nothing wrong in taking help.

Before help, arjun needs freedom. Maya should let him go.

I understand that Arjun needs freedom. Maya did give him freedom but he has not utilized it properly. This is to the extent we have seen. Manipulation or not, it was Arjun's decision to leave his family and friend. He should have talked to Vandana privately before Maya could come back to her old ways. Arjun isn't a saint. There are faults from his side too. The best thing is let time unleash the truth.

It's not about whether arjun is a saint or sinner.

Point is he doesnt wish to stay with Maya anymore, if maya thinks he's not trustworthy, why is she with a cheater? When someone says no, it means no. You cannot force yourself on someone, and maya is forcing herself on arjun. She needs to understand there's a life beyond love and marriage, only psychiatrist can explain her that.

In one word they need a marriage counsellor. maya's fear need to be addressed to stop her obsession and Arjun should be taught to observe limits within the freedom. He needs to understand the root of his wife's fears, then gently try to eliminate the cause.

Maya should give Arjun a chance to improve or change himself if he wants. He tells to Jhanvi yesterday he did mistake but doesnt get a chance to correct it.

Maybe the mistake includes marrying maya, it includes his broken promises everything. Maybe a second chance can make him saner. Yesterday in the pub he didnt insult his wife. He bought her home. Somewhere he cares. But the second chance is long elluding for him. Just like it has elluded Maya when she tried to adapt to Arjun's family.
