"There's a worldwide conspiracy for the preservation of mediocrity"and we're all co-conspirators."

This is what comes to my mind after watching today's episode. Strategic ignorance is another term to describe what I saw today.

A while ago, I wrote about "Regression to the mean". The writers/directors brought the Boses and the Dixits to two extremes. What they forgot is over time everything tends to the average and regression to the mean is a phenomenon of life.

Particularly when you take one to the extreme high, the only way to average is a fall. And what a spectacular fall for the Boses! The Dixits have to do nothing. From the negative scale the Dixits were dropped to, the only way is up!!

I know this is a fiction, however close to real life, it is still a product of someone's imagination.

Today I want to convey my sympathy to the people who work at this as their day job: What a beautiful start and within a year they have converged to yet-another-Indian-drama!!

Well said. I don't know if any feminist is working on the set. They must be gritting their teeth while at work. But reading the kind of shit television churns out, I doubt any feminist would risk their blood pressure even for a job. I'd switch to other media of entertainment before being part of this regressive bullshit. These days there are plenty of options for career rather than wanting to stab people every day.
