K. L. Saigal as a singer was most revered by the next generation singers. Rafi, Mukhesh and Kishore. Mukhesh's earlier song (Dil Jalta Hei To Jalne Do) was lot influenced by Saigal. (Similar to Lata being influenced by Noor Jehan in Ayega Anewala).

agree..if one doesn't know it's mukesh singing,it sounds like saigal's voice.
