I hereby declare...out of all the daily soaps i have watched till now...TPK has the worst police ever.
i have seen corrupt police officers in many soaps...but aise unique police officers maine first time dekhe hain jo villains ko favour karte hain kyunki unko sahi aur galat ka difference hi nahin pata
And i am not just talking about today's episode...from the time TPK has started, jab jab police ke darshan hue hain...directly or indirectly unhon ne evil ka hi saath diya hai.
The instances i remember:
  • Makhanlal was arrested twice but both times he managed to escape from jail and returned to create havoc in Pandey parivaar's life.
  • In Aditi-Diwakar fiasco, the police favoured Diwakar and allowed him to stay in Chaturvedi House.
  • In Bauji stabbing case, inspector treated Bihaan like a criminal even before the court's verdict.
  • Kosi & Naman showed fake papers to the inspector and he ordered Pandeys to share the house with them.
  • Naman escaped from jail and tried to kill Dhruv.
  • Kosi gave a poisonous ladoo to Naman inside the police station and the police officer was aware of it yet he didn't take any action against Kosi.
  • Kabir got verdict in his favour by showing fake documents to the inspector.
  • Sankar escaped from jail but the police didn't bother to arrest her again.
  • Bihaan was clearly trying to save Sankar from falling off the cliff but the police arrested him for her murder.
  • And today on the basis of a simple voice recording (which he didn't even bother to verify), the inspector gave verdict in the favour of Amma Mai.
SMH aisi A phor Anokhi aur A phor Ajeeb police maine aur kahin nahin dekhi. Pehli baar Dhruv ne koi dhang ka kaam kiya...but sanki police officer ne usse bhi zero kar diya

oh yes even for adopting an orphan...one needs to go through so many legal procedures...Amma Mai ke paas aise koi papers bhi nahin hain so on what basis he ordered ThaHaan to leave their daughter in AM's house.
i think this is the most senseless track of TPK...viewers ko ullu samjha hua hai...kuch bhi dikha den 😡

Think how India and its police play out to those of us who don't live in India whose understanding of Indian life is through such soaps? Ok, I have a brain and know that whatever they portray is fictional and exaggerated to say the least but there are those who think whatever they are portraying is based on reality. Imagine what life in India must look like to them.

India, as far as crimes and poverty are concerned, stays on top...that's true... this isn't a good place to live especially for girls..It's is a place where 1year old baby and 80 years old people are attacked..It's a land of perverts... and this problem is faced by more than 80% of the population who are poor...
.
But CVs doesn't seem to bother about that... they are just further exaggerating how stupid they are...
They are not showing real things, they are just showing stupidities in the name of real things that's all... They are showing new methods and ideas to perverts, ... Watching this soap no pervert is gonna change... no evil is gonna change ... that's the problem with the soap and makers are neither interested in it...

Okay showing corrupt or inefficient police officers in some tracks is fine and acceptable...but TPK CVs are showing them in this light from the start. That's just not right.
Forget people living outside India...what kind of message they are giving to Indians...if some rich and influential family gets hold of your daughter, don't bother asking help from police because they will obviously favour the perpetrator as they are rich and influential. And if you want your daughter to stay alive then you must leave her in their captivity 🤢

Exactly...the way they are showing it, they are instead encouraging such people that do whatever you want, if you are rich and influential then even police won't stop you. Threaten the victim's parents that if you want your son/daughter alive then don't take any action against us and let us do whatever we want to do.
As far as i know...little Anandi was never subjected to such torture, then why poor Bani is being treated so badly?
If they want to educate the viewers against child marriages...that can be done without showing violence...especially this much violence
