He ruled that kids of separating/ divorcing couple should be put in an apartment or house paid by the parents and each parent will bring their tooth brush/cosmetics/clothes/slippers etc for each week and live with the kids rather than shuttling to each parents house. His point was that kids need a stable house and environment and parents and adults should see how emotionally damaging it is to pack your bags on the weekend to go live somewhere else and keep doing this for years. Dev' s proposal is going to be damaging for Suha with her stability disturbed every week. I understand that CVs somehow needs to force Sonas re entry in dixit house, so thought this to be the best way, nevertheless if all is being done for Suha's happiness then it is wrong. Ideally Dev and Sona should get a new place, and provide stable home for Suha where Bijoy and Ish Mataji can come and visit on alternate weekends.
