But he is also not happy in this show. We have no legit reason to stop him from pursuing his dreams.
Maybe he was always aspiring for Bollywood and then got offered a role he could not resist.
There's a gamble and huge risk involved but he might have thought it through before quitting.

Not sure about the authenticity of this article

Lee had turned down the lead role opposite to Helly in Devanshi for IB n DBO but he still didn't get his due

He already gave up a great opportunity for this show. I saw an article on a site on Tiwtter that said he was offered the lead as Vardan in Devanshi, which he refused, so he can stay on as Rudra in IB and DBO. Probably when DBO got launched he thought he should stick around. But again, he was short changed.

In IB he was reduced to a "shipper". In DBO he was in many scenes until suddenly even that ended. But he mostly did the light scenes. Only with Saumya he had intense scenes. So if RumYa story was developed he would have stayed. But they didn't. They are too busy with Three Svet's in DBO and Fake S in IB!

So I don't think he needs to be patronized that he is giving up a "great opportunity". Clearly, he was seen as "Lead" material by the makers of that Colors show, but he stuck to this one, and how was he rewarded? I don't blame him at all. Unlike some actors who quit lead roles where they are given all the SS and importance for the wrong offers or wrong timing, Lee left a show where he was not given enough importance in 9 months. I think that is good enough.

I think still cv's can work for his track. But they sidelined him.

I think if this is happening we need to accept this and move on. All the best for his project. Hope it will be a huge success

Exactly. Let us just let him follow his dreams, pray he gets what he deserves and keep tuned and stick around to promote his film and future projects.
