No, I don't think Jhanvi was responsible for the fire, but when Maya was putting off the fire, we had a glimpse of her. So I thought something was wrong there. Anyway as the story progresses we will get to know about it.
And about Arjun giving more importance to Saanjh, as khushi said it was just a reflex action from Arjun as it could have been a major accident for Saanjh.
Arjun is married now, Arjun and Saanjh relationship should be changed, but not in a manipulative way.
