Shahid Kapoor-Mira Rajput go house hunting; is their present home jinxed?

Shahid Kapoor and Mira Rajput are planning to move out from their present home.

Shahid Kapoor and wife Mira Rajput are currently living in a sea facing plush apartment in the Juhu area of Mumbai. The actor bought this house post the success of his film Haider and before he was getting married to Mira.

Now, the reports have it that Shahid is planning to move out from the apartment. He has begun house hunting in the suburb area of the city.

A source close to the actor confirmed the report to us and stated, "Yes it is true Shahid and Mira are house hunting. They are looking for houses in Juhu and Bandra. This is Shahid's new house which he purchased just before he got married to Mira."

The source further added, "But after shifting, it seems the actor isn't doing well professionally. Shaandaar flopped, then even Rangoon did. Now Padmavati is facing so many hiccups. He thinks the house is slightly jinxed. Hence the hunt for the new house."

The actor was seen searching for property in the Bandra area and he looked out for an apartment in the same complex where his contemporary Ranbir Kapoor stays.

So, is the house really jinxed for Shahid?

On the work front, Shahid is currently shooting for Sanjay Leela Bhansali's Padmavati. He will be playing the role of Raja Rawal Ratan Singh. The movie also stars Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh in the leads. The movie is slated to release on November 17, 2017.

There has been a lot of disruption taking place on the sets of Padmavati. First, the director SLB was attacked by the Karni Sena in the state of Rajasthan. Then, a couple of days back, the set in Kolhapur was put on fire and lot of costumes were destroyed.

Even normal people change house for good luck, so Shahid isn't doing anything shocking .
In his field of work, a lot depends on luck.

As if his movies were doing any better before he moved into this house .. these people just can't calm down and face things as they are .. not everything in the world has to be blamed on some issue. Sometimes you just have to face it, take it on the chin and let it be.

That way I like how Akshay keeps working even through all the failures and let his work do the talking because every now and then, at least one film (out 4 or 5 he does in a year) hits the bull's eye. At least the failure phase does not seems so so long in duration that people's psyche breaks down or they lose faith in themselves to such an extent that they start questioning their own ways, their thoughts or their environment.

This whole thing that Aamir started about doing one film in a year/years has worked for him. But this blind following by the rest of the industry is weird. People should do what works for them and not what worked for others. Just swallow your issues down and take it easy and get back to work instead of changing houses or chanting mantras.

I wish he paid more attention to script and less to his ego. Luck follows hard work not house. Though like RR said people are superstitious and change houses, name ...😳

LOL yes it must be the house and not his lack of a true constant fan following. If PV needs luck then he's ok DP and RS are there for it. They will be bringing in the bulk of the viewers
