Atharv's fault?

Atharv only knew that he had sex with Vividha. But he did not tell her. Is it fair? How can he forget to tell something as crucial as this to Vividha? Or was he forgetful as usual? Is his forgetfulness an excuse for all comissions and ommissions?

Did they showed the scene where they had sex? Then how can you say that vividha didn't knew if they had sex or not. And no one can think that they will get pregnant just by having sex one time only. You are sidetracking. I am talking about Atharva. Not about Vividha or Ravish.
Vividha was unconscious and missing periods happens due to other reasons as well. Ravish must have guessed it as he knows about Vividha being very close to Atharv.
