Jasmin Bhasin, who stars opposite Sidharth Shukla in Dil Se Dil Tak, found it unnerving to shoot with him. While both the actors are known to share an interesting chemistry on-screen, the friendship began on an unexpected note.
Apparently, when the two started shooting for the show, the actor intimidated Jasmin so much that she would refrain from interacting with him. Owing to his vast experience in the industry, Jasmin would ensure that she rehearsed her lines and understood every scene before proceeding to shoot alongside him. However, when she realised that the actor has no airs about his seniority, Jasmin managed to break the ice with him. Today, the two are great friends.
Jasmin recalls, "Sidharth is a great actor, and I have immense respect for him. Initially, I had several reservations about approaching him, but today we get along famously. With each passing day, we have gotten to know each other better and realised that we share many similar interests." She adds, "Gradually I understood that he wasn't a difficult person at all. This made it easier for me to work with him. Today, he is my confidant, guide and my go-to-person."
