Assumptions about Maya

When Beyhadh was launched the media announced that Jennifer would be portraying a character with negative shades. I feel that this image got stuck in the minds of some viewers and refused to get dislodged. The character of Maya is that of a sociopath and this is confused with a psychopath. Nowhere in the show Maya is shown to be evil, she has grey shades which many other characters in this show have. Till now there is nothing evil shown about Maya. The priests death in Mauritius is in most likelihood a case of natural death, there is no proof that Maya's hand was involved in the death of Ashwin and Jhanvi's and Vikram's accident. And yesterday during the holika dahan scene Maya saved Saanjh from burns as her dupatta caught fire. In fact she burnt her own hands while saving Saanjh. She also talked to Ganesh ji that never wanted to come between Arjun and Saanjh's friendship but now she will have to. She is right because this friendship is crossing all limits of decency. And she has to keep tabs on Arjun because Arjun is flirting with the office employees instead of concentrating on his work. In fact Arjun has lost Maya's trust due to his lies. Earlier thisVandana did not let her lead a new life which she really meant to. There is no logic in saying that Maya is evil.

People hv diff definitions of grey...i believe Maya isn't a killer, but thr r others who believe she is. I guess v hv to wait for d answers.
