DBO is the first experiment In Indian Television history. It was greatest risk taken by production house and channel. Spinoff running parallel to parent show could have failed because of confusion of story and timeline.

But kudos to everyone , cast crew, channel, production house and actors that they made dbo first month huge success. Maintaining trp is 2 and 2plus show that people accepted and embraced spinoff.

10.30 time slot is nowdays dry slot. Hardly any channel get success to get good trp at this time slot since long time.

But dbo turn out surprise hit for starplus and show popularity of characters.

Congratulations to gul khan and her team. Congratulations to star plus channel. And congratulations to all actors.

Lets celebrate one month success of Dbo on trp chart 🥳

Every one liked the characters of kunal n shrenu as omkara and gouri. These are main soul of DBO. The entire cast crew deserve this success.

If they shw proper storyline of omkara n gouri they will get more ratings.

You are absolutely right. A lot of risk and efforts go into making a serial... and I always try to find the positive aspect of it.

Even in the workplace... if one always goes for negative criticism... it is very depressing... one who faces negative criticism knows that very well.

I am repeating myself... I am TRP audience...since the times of Doordarshan... when many people in this forum were not yet born. 10.30 pm is a late night slot and hence a TRP of 2 is decent. The competition is more in the prime time slots

Last show which get max trp was veera which was always 2+ for sp. But that time rating system was different and set top box was not made compulsory everywhere.. So trp of that time was not actually very authentic.

When rating system change like barc rating then 10.30 slot showed decline in rating. And hardly any show on sp and other channels except reality shows showed 2 plus trp at this slot.

So it is really big achievement for show, team and channel and ph.

I hope sp promotes ib and dbo because they are bringing good trp for sp.

I will wait for one more month to call it complete success but as of now it has caught audience and I hope it sustains ..Ppl watch show for fav characters and tat show om had become popular tat ppl are watchimg it ...And 10.30 hasnt got trp even for reality show bb was lacklustre so it is achievement indeed

One month is more than enough to show that viewers accepted this spin off concept because storyline of both ishqbaaaz and dbo running in different timeline. And it would have caused viewers disinterest . Also dbo is concentrating on Omkara, gauri and few characters so I would have caused more mess as ib is full of characters.

But trp show that ppl continued to watch despite all confusion, spin off concept.

Rival show got good trp first week but next week trp dipped by huge margin. And still not recovered. Channel is too much promoting that show.

So acceptance of show and it's success depends upon initial days only. About maintaining same trp, it will depend upon tracks and trp up and down will continue. But first month it clicked with viewers whole month is great achievement.

I agree on tat sonu but still 2 more weeks to call it a complete success on my part if it continues at tep of 2 then it is a big achievement actually and entire credit to team and actors .

Dil se dil tak failed or is struggling bec honestly concept is bad those who .complaim about gauri should watch tat and know what spineless and stupidity means lol bec tat show is heights cant believe it is same production which made dabh ...

I hope good trp continue. Dont know about rival show. Only know about their trp and heavy promotion 😆

DBO is a huge success.All newly launched shows which get trp above 2 are considered as a success.Our show maintained trp above 2 for 1month .This a big achievement.No shows got this much trp in 1 month.Ib struggled for 5months to get 2.So in my opinion DBO is the biggest hit of sp among the shows launched in the past 2yrs..But unfortunately gul and harneet is doing their best to ruin it with swetlana crap.
