The way Pinky love Shivay, she really believes him to be hers. It means she was pregnant and had a baby alive or maybe stillborn. Maybe Shakti changed the dead baby with Kamini's baby.
But what I really think is that Kamini changed her baby with Oberoi's baby. Is Ranveer that baby? I hope not, it means he is Priyanka's brother.
On the other hand Daijaan knew about the change, so it can't be something Kamini did for her benefit. Or maybe she did, and bought Daijaan's silence.
