I am so proud to be a KaIra / ShivIn fan
Karthik and Naira are so much different from any other lead I have come across. Naira is not your mahan FL and Karthik isn't a wax statue. Neither is Naira is the bubbly girl and Karthik the AYM hero.No these two are totally unique.
Naira is a very normal girl, who we all can relate to. She loves her family with all her heart, she is protective about them and will never let her emotions out infront of them if she thinks it would pain them at the same time you see that she let's her guard down when she is with Karthik, during Akshara's accident she hadn't cried infront of anybody, later when KaIra had gone to see the lehenga, Naira had only let her tears fall infront of Karthik. And you see the same with Karthik as well, he only breaks down in front of her in their flat. She has misunderstandings, she makes mistakes, she isn't a mind reader, she isn't your I know it all FL, she is a very normal human who will see what is in front of her and believe it, like any of us would and I love her for this quality of hers. She is a lioness and will not keep mum if she thinks something wrong is happening, she was ready to slap her would be husband's brother in law when he touched her inappropriately, this is what makes her an inspiration to girl out there, that you shouldn't stay silent about such things, even if the person doing it is your family member. She is passionate about whatever she does, whether that be her love for her family and Karthik, her love for dance, even her misunderstandings, she is full of passion. She is respectful towards elders, but she doesn't listen to them blindly. When she thought her family needed her she refused dadi's shagun in a polite way. When dadi told her to change her name, she opposed it and next day came with an alternative along with Karthik.
Karthik, the guy is total bf goals, where you get to see AYM, MLs, or a wax statue who has nothing to do, this guy is a breath of fresh air. He has a painful past, yet he doesn't go about with a frown on his face all day long and show that I have all the problems in this world, so am going to be an angry young man for the rest of my life. No he is a loving, friendly guy, who will smile and meet people. His hatred is directed to SuvarNish only. He loves his girl with all he has. He treats her family like his own. Though what makes him human is his misunderstandings, just like Naira he will see what is in front of his eyes, until someone doesn't tell him the entire truth, he isn't going to know what actually happened in the past. He ain't got mind reading super powers. He feels hurt, when Naira misunderstood him, he was hurt, he was angry,like a normal person, like I would be if I was in his place, but slowly he takes the patience of understanding her views and forgives her, I think that quality of his inspires us to look at the other person's view point before judging them. He is observant and knows what is going about, he had been the first one to notice Nannu was on drugs. He saw Kuhu giving information to online friends and stopped her from doing so. (Sadly I don't know why he hasn't got a hint about creep's creepiness till now.) He has a role to play, when I see any couple it usually feels that the FL is the lead because she is important, while the ML is only a lead because he is a lover, fiance, husband to the FL, or in very few cases vice versa. Karthik on the other hand is an equal lead to Naira in every way.
I have many times heard and read news stating that actors are throwing tantrums on sets, coming late and giving the production house a tough time. Yes of course there are many about who no complaints come but I have never heard any other actor receive the compliment ShivIn have got and that too from the team itself. I have never heard a news which said the producer of the show was called by the team and said they were 1000 percent energized seeing the actors work, neither I have heard a producer saying that the directors, DOP, costume designer, writers, everyone enjoy writing for these actors. Nor I have ever read about a producer praising an actor's professionalism but in the IF video you can hear these praises for ShivIn by Rajan Shahi himself.
Not just by hearing the producer but by seeing for ourselves we know how they are. Shivangi had terrible stomach pain but she continued to shoot, that too scenes where she had to smile and be happy because it was the wedding. Her health deteriorated to an extent where she there up on sets yet she continued shooting. Mohsin promised to come live on insta and despite of getting a late pack up that day and shooting call next day, he still came because he said he would, he knew fans would be waiting for him and he couldn't disappoint them or leave them hanging.
