Dev loves Sona was shown many times.. he himself said it too. But yday Sona's love was clearly visible.

Sona is not perfect n neither is Dev but they truly are perfect for each other. Devakshi

So does he , when he was talking to Preethy he was referring Sonakshi and not Suhana...because he said he was wiating for seven years and now that she is "BACK" i dont want to loose her...Suhana was never there in his life at the time of separation ...so he cant says she is back ...so he was referring to Sonakshi...

when Preethi asks him who the lucky Girl is , he looked at her face and then said it was his daughter...

Imagine while he held , if she had cried and become sad...what do you think would have happened to Dev...??

@ Bold: Well, I admit I feel Dev and Sona genuinely love each other and the bitterness is caused by their parting circumstances and painful separation. Still, just imagine, if Sona had become so angry at Dev that she had hit him 'there', what do you think would have happened to Dev? 🤣

I also thought that he was talking about sonakshi becoz the way he looked at sona when preti asked who is the lucky girl
