Brilliant episode..

For Acharya the safety of the kindom is the top priority, he won't spare anybody who stands in the way .Acharya shines brilliantly and his presence is simply a hotspot

Nandini could not come out of the dreading memories of his father, which are misunderstood by Chandra

As the scene unfolds,we see both of them sleeping calmly. In simple costumes and jewellery both present a lovable treat to our eyes. Rajat's characteristic swag and screen presence hold our attention as he pacifies her and made her comfortable to sleep.

He even uses their code word "vannar" to cheer her up. He is definitely a principled king..if she had not messed up in his plan, he would have saved Roopa

So the death penalty is due to failure on his duty to capture Nandh;,instead he used that precious time to save Nandini from the deep ravine

Acharya's eyes are filled with hatred; he daringly questions Chandra's choice of brain over heart; his love for Nandini or safety of the nation Doesn't he understand that Chandra is in rock solid love and none can alleviate him?

One of the bright spots ( among many)is Chandra's approach to Dhurdhara and trying to let out his feelings for Nandini, stammering emotionally he tried to show his surfing waves of love.

He nailed the scene with his fluttering heart and pathetic killer looks. Rajat and Swetha are brilliant and play off each other very well

Helana galns an upperhand by helping him with the warriors( 3 lakh?) and as expected refused permission for Nandini to see her beloved

The sequence where he sets to move on to the battle field, expecting to see Nandini at each moment is impact full..

Acharya is cruel enough to burn her letters?

Not Helena;not Malay;but Acharya is the ardent enemy of their love saga.

Some one should always come btw them... if i was moora, icould have sent them to pataligram for sometime... along with duru... 😛

I really hate Chanakya for this, how can he control Chandra's marriage life like this. It was painful to c them both yearning to c each other before Chandra left for war. I hope MU 's won't creep again between them. He will think nandini ne mujhe ek bhi Patra nahi likha and here she will b angry that he didn't reply to any of her letters.

It was a song sequence from a movie called Dalpati that Mani Ratnam directed - where the song sequence shows that the warrior leaves his lady love for war, reminisces his time with her and the heroine on the other hand, prays for his safe return and longs to have just one look at him...

The song ends where the army returns home safely with the warrior upfront, and the heroine rushes towards him, only to be picked up by her hero in his arms and then up on his horse happily.

Tamil readers, please excuse if i have made an understatement or over-exaggerated the sequence.
