Hey guys just thought to post my version of how intense shivay's admission for his love and obsession for anika should be
So daksh claimed to break their relationship and now shivay could see the doubts creeping in anika's mind, she was loosing her faith in their relationship and even though he didn't became her for it considering his actions but he knew he had to take some drastic steps keep this relationship. He knew how much he needed anika to be in his life and at this moment he was prepared to do anything to keep her with him. Daksh's constant digs at their relationship being illegitimate and calling anika to be shivay's mistress had to be stopped and there was only one way of that.
Shivay asked mishra to organise a press conference at the OM, everyone was present in the hall for a function of prinaka's wedding when the security informed the family of the press waiting outside to come in. Tej and shakti shocked as in who had called for a press conference at this private function, everyone was exchanging confused looks when shivay descended down from the stairs stating that he has called for the conference as he has an important announcement to make.
Being allowed in the OM the reporters surrounding shivay, the whole family was confused as shivay greeted the reporters and informed them that the reason for this conference was to introduce the world to the actual wife of shivay singh oberio with this he called out anika's name and held his hand out to her.
Anika looked at shivay all shocked, she was stilled with sudden confession, looking in his eyes to find reasons behind it. As she slowly got herself to move towards him all confused not being able to get any hints as to why he was doing this. She, gradually put her hand in his and stood besides him, the media all amazed to say the least, started their interrogation.
Reporters firing their questions, "what?? When did happen?" U married tia kapoor?? Where is she?? "Have u devorced her??" " and who is this girl?" "Wasn't she ur wedding planner?"
All this time shivay was looking at anika, but then he turned towards the reporters, "I know that this maybe a shock to everyone but the truth is that I never married tia, anika is the only girl I married, she is the the one and only Mrs shivay Singh oberio"
Reporter: "how can this be?? U introduced us to tia as ur wife at ur reception"
Shivay: " I know I introduced tia as my wife but that was a lie the truth is the girl under the veil at my wedding was anika, it was her I got married to"
Reporter:" how do we know u were lying then and not now?"
Shivay watched daksh smirking at them from across the room but shivay was determined to wipe it right off his face, he wasn't going to loose, he wasn't going to let anika loose or their relationship loose. Taking a deep sigh he looked at khanna who was ready and waiting at a big screen that had been set up by him at the back of the hall, khanna gave him the thumbs up and shivay continued addressing the media.
Shivay: "I can't explain my actions in words but I guess u will all believe me when u see it for yourself" with he looked at anika, tightened his grip on her hand and then gave khanna the go ahead to play his video, the video that khanna had shot showing exactly how he had forced anika to marry him.
As the video started the hall was full of gasps, aaws and oohs, no one able to believe the extent of shivay' s cruelty. Shivay however lowered his tearful eyes and held on tight to anika's hand as he felt himself fall in the eyes of the world, thinking of the damage this will do to his character, his business, the family reputation and his egoistic public image. After a while he slowly painfully raised his gaze to meet anika's, who felt his pain and had tears streaming down her face. As he looked into her eyes now he saw himself rise in them, bringing back the pride in her eyes that he had once taken away. That was the most wonderful feeling he had experienced in a long time, then he glanced over to his dadi, omru and rest of the family and almost everyone with the expectation of his mother and tej, were standing tall proudly with a smile on their faces and a twinkle in their eyes showing him just how proud they were of him for doing the right thing and that gave him immense happiness.
After the video was over shivay told the media that they have all relevant evidence to show that he was legally married to anika. With that the security cleared the media and with all positive geastures from most of the family he got the strength to walk out still holding on tightly to anika's hand leading them both to their room. Shivay knew he had lost a lot today but he deserved it after all he had done and there was no way he was going to let anika pay the price for his wrong doings not this time. As they walked past daksh , with their heads held high, they watched him lower his head in anger.
Back in their room, anika who was silently sobbing all this time now looked into shivay's eyes searching for answers for her questions, why? Had he admitted to all this?? Was it the majboori or the responsibility or was it...??? After staring into n eyes for while she thought she saw what she wanted, the love for her, but she couldn't believe her eyes she had to hear it from him so she asked him,
Anika:" why? Why shivay why did u do all this, u know this will affect ur reputation, the family's reputation and ur business, this harm everything that meant the world to u, so why did u do this??
