This is probably Daksh's plan to torture Shivaay, he knows how important lineage is to Shivaay ... I am sure he is not illegitimate, but Daksh will create a situation where Shivaay will assume that he is not Pinky's child, this way Daksh will be successful in breaking Shivaay...
