They have finally given us another hint and look into the past that caused a rift between manish-karthik. Manish said that he has been freed by the law but karthik still thinks he is guilty for something he hasn't done. So that means there was a court case regarding saumya's (i only found out today that is his mother's name) suicide case, but manish was found innocent in the case, but it seems that karthik thinks that he isn't innocent and that his dad used his money and influence to get out scot-free from the case.
That scene though where karthik was talking to his mother's picture and crying telling her how much he misses her was just so heartfelt and beautiful, it made me cry, and mohsin's tears and soft crying looked so genuine.
And i just have to give a round of applause to parul for that scene with mohsin at the end. Her tears, her desperation for acceptance from karthik...words can't even describe how i felt seeing suwarna cry for karthik like that. She was even finding happiness in getting to sew the buttons on karthik's groom attire as she shed tears of joy during that part. Man, i feel like hugging this woman when i see her this desperate to talk to karthik or even look at him. ðŸ˜
