I refuse to believe Priyanka is actually pregnant. ACP most likely told her to lie as always, to make sure Shivaay gets them married.
Vomiting doesn't always mean pregnancy.
At that time she was stressed, anxious and maybe felt nauseous because of that.
And if she really is pregnant, I doubt it was with full consent because she wouldn't just sleep with the guy that's been torturing her. đ
