Naina and Karan's bitter arguments and not jhok continue amid them, while Naina vows to carry forward their relationship with her all efforts. Naina's effort has slowly started to melt Karan's heart and also enters into mistaken romance with each other.

As per spoilers there will be Mistaken Romance of Nairan what it could be or what they are coming to tell?

May be Naina misunderstood karan loves other girl and she may feel worried and karan by seeing her upset his heart will melt towards her------is this they are saying as mistaken romance or something else.

I think naina's misunderstanding of Karen girlfriend situation gonna be cleared next week as for their mistaken romancing might be a another misunderstanding of naina regarding Karen 😆 perhaps her misunderstanding his being more gentle with her as being his wanting to be friends with her which is what she is after for the moment 😆

The earrings belongs t naina, She wore those at the time of sagai trip. And she forgot them at some place while changing.
With her green dress and when she was harassing him Karan.

Mistaken means they didn't intend to do romance but they eventually did it. Okay..lol that sounds really dirty.😆

Mistake is galti. Wrong use of the word. It should have been accidental romance. Accidental would be unplanned romance.
Mistake is wrong from the beginning.
