I was watching some of the Phase 2 episodes yesterday, like the one where Ravish finds out about ViTharv and Atharv relives his 7th vachan. Vikku Singh can make sure that when he's on screen everybody else may as well be a wall in the background, coz they are just forgotten! Even at the start of phase 3, his and ViVis screen presence is such that R is just left in the background unnoticed. If Atharv had been his normal self in Phase 2 there's no way R would have been established as a so called parallel lead, Atharv would have pulled everyone's attention to him (he mostly did anyway even as Baby A). And those few moments when he changed from Baby A to Atharv Sujata, he just stole the show!. Vikku is brilliant ! I'm interested to see how the makers are going to put R and ViTharv on a single frame and ensure equal importance is given to all (since that's what they always try to do). It's going to be a mammoth task ..
