What if she is a chudail who is around 1000 years old and she drinks some portion to look young, like sanam in QH. Svetlana actually being Gayatri was a deranged thought which crossed my mind- although I am not sympathetic to supernatural shows in the Indian TV space- (it's a little weird for her to be consuming a supposed 'potion' to keep her young or her skin from peeling) it might be in a weird way amusing to see Svet crumble...Literally!

In Mr. Kapoor accident scene, they showed 3 sisters together. So, maybe not, she was not present.
