One more time bihaan's head should get injured then only it will balance ..The momentum should be balanced hence I feel only when second time his head hit somewhere then only bihaan will regain memory. All the serials this is the trend .so I have a feeling only when he hit his head second time only he will regain memory .otherwise thapki should be in danger then only he will regain his memory..
