Skin problems a genetic inherited skin problem called Photodermatitis and these are reccemend preventing methods

Limit sun exposure, especially intense midday sun.
Use PABA-free sunscreens that protect against UVA and have a sun protection factor (SPF) of 30 to 50.
Cover up with a long sleeved shirt, long pants, and a wide brimmed hat.

And doesn't our Karen doing all these😉

What I feel his reasons for suffering g is..

He has skin conditions, and NK taunts him all his life,no one except his mother tries to understand him and his mother also can't help him much, and then maybe Karan loved a girl but she rejected him for his condition and so he was left heart broken..😭 and so he keeps the earring as a reminder that love is not for him...😭 but Naina will find out the truth and will be more determined to make Karan happy..and in the process she will fall in love..😳 and seeing her efforts Karan will fall in love..😉
