Is surrogacy a medical emergency that allows bank customer to get quick loans? It doesn't look like a life and death medical situation that it should be included in circumstances that allows for quick loans. 😕

As long as the surrogacy is publicly approved by the government, there will always be the rich childless couples who will make use of it... this is why there will always be women who will make a use of that possibility to get a quick loans in that way... but it's not the American dream that pushes these women into surrogacy but the pure poverty...

Sanctioning of quick loans on ground of medical emergency is a provision in Banks, but granting the same for surrogacy raises a question mark. If the surrogate is in critical condition, then it's possible that on fulfilling the prerequisites of the said loan, the same may be granted.

I am not aware about medical loans in first place. 😕 Don't people rely more on policies?

Coming to banks, yes, they go to any extent to attract customers.. Even they may not tell you about all the terms and conditions in first place, just not to loose you as probable customer..
