There is nothing wrong with Shivaay or Anika forgiving Tia at all I look at it as sympathy for a pregnant woman but what Tia did are criminal acts without her mother helps. Mrs Kapoor is only responsible for the gunshot and Acid in mehendi attacks while all the other attacks are planned by the NB sisters like putting Anika in refrigerator, acid in coffee, jungle attacks and not to forget leading Anika to fall off the the railing

Who forget her famous "Why isn't Anika dying" dialogue?
Maybe she's not completely "black" like Mrs Kapoor and was force into all this to some extend but still doesn't justify all those attacks on Anika. Innocent people who are forced into doing crimes at gunpoint are put in jail because a crime is a crime and what Tia and her gangs did are attempted murders

Shivaay reactions to all this is even worst the same man who send Anika to jail for a "Chip" MU and abused her both physically and mentally for crimes she never committed like "ONS" all of a sudden said lines like "You are a victim not a criminal"? One thing I learn is these male leads harsh behavior is only for the female leads and no one else 👏

Same goes for Romi taking "MSS" video of Prinku being a woman herself and did that to another woman her age was wrong and not to forget all she did to Rudra.

These characters can be forgiven but saying "They're victims and not criminals" is just going too far there because they are criminals

As long as Tia"s apology is sincere three is notching wrong in forgiveness
But yes she is no victim. She knew what she was doing. She had all intentions of running Shuvaye's life if it hadnt been for Dushyant's arrival

To be honest, to Tia, after finding out Mrs. K kept Dushyant away from her after she thought he was dead, I'd assume she would start to question if the Oberois even killed her dad in the first place. Mrs. K used Dushyant's death to motivate Tia. Before the Dushyant dying, Tia never tried to kill Anika or Shivaay.

Of course begrudgingly so, Tia is partly a victim in my opinion, she was being used by her own mom by saying Dush died. Sure, this plot against Oberois has been going on for a while, but her true criminal activity start post-Dush incident. The most before this was just lying and being a passive-aggressive vamp and most: cheating on your fiance with another man.

Edit: I mean, this doesn't mean she's NOT a criminal. I'm just saying that she had a motive behind her actions thus far. And the fact that she said the truth after Dush came back just means that she is not above telling the truth because of what had happened. She's still not justified in trying to kill someone.

In my opinion, some punishment is necessary, but I'll sympathize with her pregnancy and the return of her dead husband.

Agree with u but Tia was aware of wat she was doing to Shivaay n one can't take ones life just to equal his/her death. Tia was equally done crime like kapoor's.

same thoughts
i won't say she is victim but she is asking forgiveness and repenting
so if i were shivay i would forgive her

moreover shivay sending anika jail was something else. it was ego that was broken due to anika
shivay fell.for anika ij first meeting not in love but he did feel.sth

she has a mother like mrs.kapur so somewhat she is a victim a mother who kept secrets from her own daughter and used her for her own selfish reasons , also kept her husband as a captive and fooled her and tia was too blinded by hatred planned attacks on anika which is indeed a criminal act but in the end she has apologized sincerely to all and confessed her crimes too so she can be forgiven.

We already discussed a lot on this topic in some other post.
But ya one thing is sure, Tia is definately not VICTIM.
She is so cunning! She tried to kill Anika, she created MU b/w ShivIka nd Pinky-Anika and many more!
And these all were her plan bcoz she wanted to take revenge from Anika. Mrs Kappor and Svetlana were against this.
But Oberois are acting like she is the Victim?
Are u kidding me?
