Madhu was waiting for Rk's call ..today he went alone for the shooting as Madhu has some work

so she said she will join lil late she said.

Rk said its ok and went for shooting and Madhu went to Radhaji's room..

But in shooting Rk was missing Madhu ..today there were so many contestants from diff states..makers have invited the contestants there only..o/w sometimes team has to go the cities or states to do auditions..

Rk called Madhu and she said that don't worry and focus on shooting..she too missing being there with him but not to worry ..she will be there in sometime..

Constestants keep coming in and were showing their respective recipies to chefs and they too giving them advices after tasting them that if they are not up to the mark ..or if

there is something lacking..and some participants were way to perfect and chefs were impressed by them..

than after two south indian contestants ..three Punjabi contestants ..there came another contestant ..she was wearing veil [burka]

she entered and greeted the judges..

"Naamaste..chef ji Kem cho? "

The chefs were looking at her..she again said

"Sorry haan ..maine gujrati main poocha ne ..matlab how are you ?

[I asked in Gujrati ..how are you ?]

they couldn't see her face but it seemed she was saying smiling..

"Ya we know ..ye Gujrati hai ..its Gujrati hmm..maza maa..we are fine.."

Rk said firstly..he found her unique..

Rest of the chefs too replied in the same manner..

"Are wah aap sabko toh Gujrati aati hain..bahut badiya ..bahut chokha hai haan..mere ko jyada mushkil nahi hogi..

Woh kya hai na ..angrezi ..mere ko angrezi gyan hai toh par usme jara haath tang hai..i .i mean.."

[Wow great..you all know Gujarati !! Than I won't have much prob..btw I speak English but not very much perfectly ..I mean ..]

"No prob.hamara matlab hai ..koi baat nahi .. waise toh ye hindi reality show hai ..par aap hindi ..gujrati ..angrezi I mean English kisi bhi lang.main bol sakti hain..

you can talk in any of the lang..and if we don't understand any lang ..we have interpretors here ...you understand interpretors na?? aur haan

Itna toh ham samajh hi sakte hain..toh aapka naam?" the other chef said..

"Are wah ..ye aur bhi badiya hai..aap sabko thankyou much..main samajh gayi jo aapne kaha ..aur mera naam hai Meethi .."

[That's more great. Thank you much..I understood what you said ..and my name is Meethi..]

Rk was also curious so he asked ..

"Meethi ..what a lovely..sweet name ..babut pyaara naam hai..par ye burka kyu ..kya aap..?tell us ..why this veil? "before he could complete ..she said

"Phir se thank you much sir ..aur haan aap is burke pe mat jayaiye ..woh toh ..asal main iska bhi kaaran hai ne..main batati hoon.."

[Again thank you much sir..and yes there is a reason behind this veil..I will tell you ]

"Really pls tell ..batayiye !!" he said out of curiosity ..he found her unique..burka ..gujrati..she is here ..what is the reason? though he saw some other participants too who were strange ..

"Wo kya hai ne ..mere patidev ko nahi pata k main yaha aayi hoon..isliye ye burka .."

[My husband don't know that I come here so this veil]

"Par aapke husband ko kyu nahi pata ?"other chef asked

[But why he don't know this?]

"Wo maine socha hai ..k agar aaj main yaha select ho jati hoon ne toh main next time ye burka hata k aaongi haan aur unhe bhi bata dungi..abhi mujhe nahi pata k woh ye jaan kar kaise react karenge?

toh jab tak unhe pata nahi chale. .yaha k baare main..main apna chehra dikhana nahi chahti yaha..main unhe naaraz nahi karna chahti.. Par mujhe khaana banana ka bahut showk hai ne..toh main try karti rahti hoon .. isliye yaha aane se khud ko rok nahi paayi..par sorry hai haan ..main aise yaha aa gayi.."

"her voice was full of joy ..she was so happy to be here..

[I thought if I will select here than next time I will come without veil..and will tell him also ..right now I don't know how will he react after knowing this ? so I don't want to show my face till he knows about it..i don't want to hurt hjm..but I love to make food ..so came here ..its my passion..so i keep trying ..and I couldn't help it from coming here ..but sorry for how I came here..]

"Oh! Toh ye baat hai ..ok its good .. cooking aapka passion hain.."

[Oh that's the thing ...ok its good ..cooking is your passion..]

the third chef said..

"Bahut pass..passi ..haan wahi ne jo bhi aapne bola ..woh hai.."

[Yes whatever you said. I have that..]

Rk said now .."Hmm..interesting ..toh dekhte hain aaj aap yaha select hone k liye kya banake laayi hai ..pesh kijiye..and all the best .."

Other two chefs also wished her luck..

"Dhanyawad ..a.ap sabki aur khaas taur se aapki best wishes ki toh mujhe bahut jarurat hai chef Rk ..wo kya hai ne .. aapki toh sabse badi fan hoon chef Rk ..sacchi..isliye yaha aane ka mauka mila ne toh main bas aa gayi..aap wish de rahe hain..is se badi baat kya ho sakti hai..bolo!!"

[I need your all best wishes esp yours chef Rk ..you know I am your biggest fan ..honestly and that's why came here..and you are wishing me ..nothing can be more great than this..right!!]

Rk got lil embarrassed as other chefs teased him a bit..that he is going more and more famous now..they became buddies till now and while shooting or in break ..when they get time..they also they used to spent time with each other

"Now what do I say Chefs...Meethiji ..and all I can say is thanks ..coz of your all love I am here today ...

Dhanyawad..Meethi ji.."

The host clapped and all clapped for this ..

"Rk ji stop being modest ..taaliyan ho jaaye superstar chef Rk k liye .."host said..

"Chef abhi ye dekhiye ..ye meri banayi hui dishes..

Ye paneer butter masala..ye esp gujrati kadi..ye lauki ki sabzi besan ke saath ..aur ye hyderabadi biryani..par special shakahaari .. biryani..aur ye rumali roti ..ye sab maine apne style se banaya hai .."

[Chef see this ..what I have made..Paneer butter masala..gujrati kadi [a dish of besan] hydrabadi biryani..and this is special veg biryani..and this is rumali roti..i have made it differently in my own style.]

she was saying in full gujrati accent ..but the chefs and host being able to understand it ..were enjoying this audition..host also was cracking jokes in between ..

They praised her that she made this much..they tasted the dishes one after another and than Rk asked her

"Meethi ji ye batayiye ..aapne lauki ki sabzi kyu chuni cooking master k liye ?"

[Meethiji tell me why you choose this bottle gourd for this cooking master?]

"Wo kya hai ne chef ji k ye dikhne main saadharan sabzi hai par iska swaad besan k saath aur bad jaata hain..aap batayiye ..kaisi lagi?aur waise bhi kisi bhi sabzi ko kam nahi samajhna chaahiye ..bas jarurat hai uska swaad badane wali cheezo ki aur phir dekhiye ..kaise wohi sabzi kamaal lagti hai ..barobar bola na maine haan.."

[Chefji actually its looks simple but it becomes rich in taste more if we put besan with it..you tell me ..how you like it? Andbtw we should not think less of any vegetables..all we need to do Is to add those ingredients which will improve its flavour more ..am I right nah!!]

" Hmm..right ..matlab barobar bola aapne..aap waakyi dilo-jaan laga deti haina jab aap khana banati hain..aisa lagta hai ..maan gaye ...ek accha chef wahi hai jo beswaad cheez main bhi swaad daal de...meri taraf se toh haan hai..ye sabhi dishes lajawab hai..jo bhi aapne inme daala hai ..ye gazab hain..main toh wo extra ingredients bhi jan na chahunga..jo aapne daale hain.."

Other judges/chefs too agreed and praised her dishes..

[Hmm..right means you are saying right ..you really put your heart and soul when you make food..it seems

..i am impressed..a good chef is who can bring flavour and taste even to a tasteless dish ..i am saying yes..and these all dishes are superb..and what ever ingredients you have put in..that's awesome ..and dish became amazing..they have a unique taste..i would love to know the extra ingredients too which you put in..]

"Sachhi aapko pasand aayi ..he ambe maa ..aaj toh main bahut khush hoon..sach main..main select ho gayi kya ?? "her voice was full of curiosity ..

[Really ..you loved it..[she thanked God for this ]I am so happy today..really am I got selected??"

"Yes ..jee haan aap select ho gayi hai..hum aapko yaha aane ka nimantran dete hain..humeaapki daawat bahut pasand aayi.."

[Yes you got selected and we invite you here ..we loved food made by you..]

"aur ye biryani toh ..wah wah..kadi toh umda hai hi .."the other two said resp.

[And this biryani ..wow..and kadi [a dish made of besan]

also is superb..]

Rk added ..

"Meethiji . ye paneer butter masala..isme aapne kuch aur bhi daala hai right !! Ye toh meri fav dishes main se ek hai ..aur ye kamaal bani hai..

jayiye aur apne patidev ko batayie ..unhone toh ye sab khaya hoga !!

..woh bahut khush honge ..mujhe poora vishvaas hai.."

[And this paneer butter masala ..you have put some more to it right!! and its one of my fav..and its amazing..so yummy.. go and tell your husband ..he must have eaten this food ..he will be very happy I am sure..]

"Sir aapki fav hai isilye toh banayi hai ne..mereko ek magazine main parh ke pata chala tha..

baaki mere patidev ne toh ye sab mere haath ka nahi khaya !! aisa mauka hi nahi mila.." Her voice became sad from happy suddenly .."Par meri sasu ma ne jarur khaya hai..unko bahut pasand hai.."

[Sir its your fav dish I read in some magazine ..that's why I have made this..but my husband didn't ate food made by me ..i didn't get the chance ..][but my MIL have ate ..she loves it..]

"What but why ??are you kidding ??"

They were shocked to hear this

"Unhe toh pata hi nahi main kaisa khana banati hoon..woh bahut bahut acche hai bas ye baat unhe pata hi nahi ..aur hamare ghar par cooks hai na ..toh mera khana banane ka sawaal hi nahi..maine try toh bahut kiya par abhi tak aisa mauka aaya hi nahi ..k unhone mere haath ka kuch taste kiya ho..par sacchi sir main yaha aayi ..aur aap sabko pasand aayi meri cooking ..main bahut khush hoon..mera sapna poora ho gaya ..aur ab unhe bhi maloom ho jaye toh bas mujhse jyada khush koi nahi hoga.."

[He don't even know the taste of food made by me ..he is an awesome person but only this he don't know ..

and we have cooks in our home..so I didn't get chance to cook for him somehow..so he hasn't tasted food made by me..still I tried ..but really I came here and you loved my cooking ..I am so so happy..and my dream come true ..and now if he also will know this ..no one will be more happy than me..]

"Aww see I wish your husband must know about it ..and that how talented you are..unhe aapke haath ka khana chakhna hi chahiye..hum unhe yaha bulayenge..he must taste food made by you ..we will call him here.. "

"Sure he must know about it.."

Rk whi was listening to both chefs and he said

"Main bhi yahi sochta hoon..jo bhi reason ho ..unhe jan na chahiye ..chahe kuch bhi ho..hum yaha constestans se connected hain..aur hum jo unke liye kar sakte hai ..karenge ..pahle bhi humne kiya hai..aap sab is show ko banaate hai ..hum itna toh kar hi sakte hain..hum unko bulayenge.."

[Me too feel ..what ever will be the reason..he must know about it..no matter what ..here we are connected to our contestants once they come here ..and prev.too we tried to make our participants happy by doing what ever we can..you all made this show possible ..at least we can do this much ..we will call him .."]

Judges couldn't make decision themselves only ..but as makers already told them how and what to do so they decided to say this..after lil discussion..and if makers have some objection ..they will stop the shooting ..and tell them but if they are not than they should cont.

He asked the name of her husband ..

"Main unka naam nahi kaise le sakti hoon bolo ..sir ..Aap Mr.K bol do ..bas .."she said as if she was saying shyly..

[How can I take his name sir..you can say him Mr.K ..]

Rk added

"Ok Meethiji..as you wish so me Chef Rk along with other chefs. On National TV would like to Tell to Meethiji's husband Mr.K whatever your name is pls do recognize your wife's talent. .and support her to participate here.come here and show how your love ..we are inviting you ..do come ..jarur aayiye ..aur apni wife ko appreciate kijiye ..support kijiye ..thank you."

"Thank you much sir. .dhanyawad ..main samajh gayi ye bhi..par ye toh bahut chota shabd hai..thank you is so lil word you see..main Kaise..aapne mujhe itna support kiya ..you supported me ..

main .."

"No need to thanks ..dhanyawad ki koi jarurat nahi..Meethiji.."

Ab aap taiyari kijiye ..aap select ho gayi hai..looking forward for your journey here in this show.."they said

"Chef ji.. aur meri Gujarati -Hindi-angrezi

mix bhasha ko samajhne k liye bhi dhanyawad..main bahut nervous thi ne par abhi chokha lag raha hai.."

[Chef ji and thanks for understanding my gujrati -hindi -eng..mix lang..i was very nervous but now I am feeling good..]

"Good to know that ..be happy .."

"Aap bhi maza maa raho chef ji .."

[You too be happy chef]

She greeted them again..

She went after completing audition..

Before she left they made her wear cooking master apron as the sign of selecting in cooking master.

She went in a room back stage..closed the room.. and hugged a lady who stood up seeing her.. ..she removed her veil [burka] and said .."Maa ..maa..I am so happy ..Rk ate food made by me ..and loved it and all others too loved it.."

"Madhu ..I was watching from here ..thanks to makers that they have helped us in our plan..and this all was done acc to our plan ..to surprise Rk ..and I am so proud of you Madhu..you were amazing..and now I am waiting for what will happen now "Radhaji said with happiness..
