So as i or many of us had suspected, kirti had told the truth to dadi about her abusive marriage, but that backwards old woman told her to deal with it herself as it's her problem now. W*F???? How can this woman even be real that despite knowing what her granddaughter is going through, she doesn't even show sympathy for her, let alone help her out of her miserable situation, yet continues to worship that monster knowing the hell he puts her GD through in the name of respecting your samdhi's/damaad and for family izzat? She disgusts me, and now mishti needs to stop saying jokingly that she is adopted, because to me it seems kirti is the adopted one. Only suwarna shows concern for her, and she isn't even her real daughter. Shame on these goenka's and i really wished that karthik could see what a gem of a person suwarna is, but i understand why he can't.

Honestly cant stand this woman...the way she treats other women is beyond disgusting.

For me she can't be redeemed now, how anyone can let their grand-daughter live in hell is beyond.

Because of people like her...victims never speak up again.

The problem is that Kartik was never there (boarding school then hostel then left...it was confirmed in like early goenka entry episode) so Keerti's only choices were Dadi or Manish...the rest can't do anything w/o Dadi's permission.

I hate Manish too, clearly Keerti doesnt have the father-daughter bond with him to talk to him about it. The way he runs after his son but never looks at his daughter.

So true, Keerti did probably think the rest will react like Dadi
and suffered so much.

Manish is so greedy! The way he told Swuarna that Keerti should keep her husband happy as they are now business partners and all.

Emotions ki koi Value hi nahi hai.

Great point you made there. Manish is just as ignorant and selfish as his mother. How can a parent do favouritism between their children to such an extent where they completely ignore one child and his responsibility towards them because she is a daughter and then run after and pine for his other child's love because he is his son.

Whether karthik hates his father due to a MU or not, manish is a bad father who has always prioritised making money, success and maintaining his image over sitting down and actually bonding with his children and family to the extent that they are so detached from him and he still doesn't learn from his mistakes and try to mend his relationship with his children, rather he's only distancing them from himself further with his ignorant and boisterous attitude.

But if i'm honest is this entirely manish's fault? The matriarch of the geonka family is 10x more boisterous and ignorant than manish, so when his mother is like this, how can he be any better? After all, parents are the real role models for children.
