I think after exposure this last bit will be explored, both are too caught up in exposing tia and the pain of having go through this marriage shit and ML thing in current space to worry about whats next. Thats why this farak thng makes sense, Shivay is like how can you be ok with this marriage with Tia even if its fake and I think in the mangalsutra scene today we see Anika losing courage to go through with everything, however cause he hasnt got chip yet - Shivaay is like no option now.

I also think anika or aniru concentrate on Tia only and shivaay in the know-how about aniru investigating tia but shivaay himself trying to get the chip, maybe helping ani when needed.

And nothing can make this fully logical because before annulment paper also Shivika were doing weirds things like yaad dilana which could be for NBs. But late night apne kamre me kyun! Then Kalawati's overdramatic yet comical baanjh drama and shivaay playing along😆 Anyway i will take them as funny scenes. 😆

You nailed it beautifully but I only beg to differ about the annulment card because I do not think that is what bothers Annika.
If Shivvay has disclosed that the divorce is not happening to Annika then she knows Annulment does not matter because it is what they HAVE TO DO to carry on with their plan but yes she has to keep up the act and show that she is getting affected by it.
If she is not in on the divorce truth, even then she keeps up the act because she THINKS that things have not changed about the NKK opinion in Shivvay's head and she has already made up her mind to release him from the marriage. It hurts like mad but that is the truth and she has to accept it. She cannot hang on to this marriage that is going no where for them both and is causing pain to all at OM.
He knows he has not divorced and is getting desperate to make her stay because right now he cannot tell her. She says FNP is driving him up the wall because he cannot imagine losing her now. She leaving/ not leaving has nothing to do with the fake ShiTia marriage or Tia. It has to do with the fact that she is telling him "I can live without you in my life and survive".
Her relationship is nameless and he seems ashamed of it - her MIL will never accept her.
What is there to hold her back?
She is in pain because she cannot understand why this game is being played when he has already divorced her and if she is in on the fact that he has not divorced then it is not giving the relationship a name and Pinky that is making her leave. She feels she is a burden on him - a responsibility that he has added to his other list of responsibilities.

- WHEN that happened, things started getting out of hand...and Annika asked Shivay to marry Tia. It was NOT part of the original plan...

- and HENCE, the whole angst between Shivay & Annika. He is REALLY upset because she asked him to go ahead...and he can't digest the fact that she is ok letting him do it...even though their aim is to expose Tia. He had NO intentions of going this far...and even if he has to ( he will, for Om, if required) ...he WANTS the satisfaction and comfort of knowing...it hurts her as much as it hurts him.

- NOT justifying him here...he has a massive ego, and stupid NKK notions...but he sees things going out of control...hence the whole " hate se phisal haha hai' dialogues...to an extent he did not anticipate. His plan was to also get the chip...his bad luck that neither have they been able to expose Tia, NOR get the chip.

- In this light - their angst, body language etc make some sense. They do NOT want to separate ...but the path they have chosen to follow does not allow them to turn back if they want to succeed in their plan. Both are determined to put the interests of the family ahead of themselves...but they also want the normal human satisfaction of knowing that the other one cares. Maybe it will help them to go the whole way, or maybe it will give them the strength to stop.
And that is what I am expecting the whole ShiTia marriage drama will bring about. Not a love confession of course - too early for that - but both confessing that this marriage matters to them both. I expect more from Shivvay mostly because Annika has called him Pati and has said they are married many times. It is time for him to step up to the plate now if he wants to keep her from leaving.

Sorry for the long post - but felt little better thinking about the whole 'farak' track when I looked at it this way...so thought I'd share.

Yup! and now with Tia and Mrs. K gone his excuse to hide behind them is gone as well. I gave him the benefit of doubt (just like Annika did I am sure) that he could not commit till they were there and the pregnancy was cleared. Now he is the only thing standing in his way. HIM!!

Yup! She has not been told (verbally) how much she means to him as his wife, being a 'zaroorat' and a 'responsibility' does not cut it. She hold certain things important in her life just like he holds NKK
For her marriage and it's sanctity and children having both biological parents to bring them up matters a lot. She is so similar to Om in that respect. No wonder Shivvay adores her :)

Hope the writers do justice to their future track...I am ok if it is slow, as long as it is natural.
