Close Watch on Farah Khan
Farah Khan is flitting between her home and Jaslok Hospital these days.
The director is expecting triplets and with just about four weeks to go, Farah has to be quite careful. Even during her pregnancy the actress has been on bed rest and now with the due date so close everything is being watched very closely.
"She has been advised complete bed rest and has to take things very easy. Her doctor keeps calling her in so that they can be sure that everything is under control… she is expecting triplets after all and it's essential to keep a watch on her," says a friend of Khan.
The director, who has been asked to take things slow, celebrated her birthday at home on Tuesday night. Malaika Arora Khan, sister Amrita Arora, Farhan Akhtar and of course best friends Shah Rukh Khan, wife Gauri and Karan Johar also made their way over to Farah's home.
Farah's birthday has always been a very private affair. She spends it only with her very close friends and family. Farah's mom had arranged for a whole range of Parsi delicacies and like most Khan parties this one too was full of fun and laughter. "There was lots of food and board games which are always a hit amongst them," says the source, "They played Trivial Pursuit well into the night."
The festivities had already begun and SRK, who is infamous for being late, made sure he came just in time to bring Farah's birthday in.
