ShivIka OS | Farak Shivaay sat on the bed, continuously weaving his hands through his hair, wondering how life had come to such a pass. Problems were finding ways to entangle themselves with his life. Was he not supposed to have some peace? Being a blue blood makes you automatically prone to anything and everything, doesn't it?
All the problems were alright, he could and would find his way out of them if she was by his side. Only loophole : she wasn't. The woman was bloody adamant to not accept that it bothered her. He was going to get married in what, a few hours? And instead of finding ways to stop this marriage, she had merrily engaged herself in the preparations, it seemed. Now that he had time to relent on his decisions, he thought, what if he hadn't made her the wedding planner? Maybe staying away from him would have affected her more. Maybe while she wasn't under everyone's constant watch, she would have found better ways to stop this marriage. He sighed. He would never know.
Anika walked into the room at precisely that moment. Without looking up, he knew it was her.
Kaise batayein
Kyun tujhko chahe
Yaara bata na paayein
Baatein dilon ki
Dekho jo baki
Aankhein tujhe samjhaein
Tu jaane na..
Tu jaane na...
She didn't say anything, only handed him the sherwani. Shivaay caught hold of her hand, stood up and slightly pulled her towards himself. Anika took in his condition. His eyes looked weary, his features defeated.
"Please..." he muttered. He wanted a sign, any sign that Anika ko farak padta hai and he would jump out of the wedding.
Anika just shook her head negatively. It pained her seeing him like this but she knew it is for the better. Her plan had worked. Almost. She hoped Rudra and Om were successful. She would finally save Shivaay from Tia.
But then, it won't matter. With no marriage with Tia looking over him, wouldn't Shivaay turn the same? It's only under some pressure that he seeks out for her. It is a different confidence for herself that Shivaay Singh Oberoi looks out for her during his hard times. But then, farak padne na padne se kya farak padta hai?
She doesn't deserve him does she? He won't accept her, ever. Even if he does, his mom has sheer dislike towards her and she can't come between a mother and her son. Ever. She knew how difficult it was without parents.
Shivaay, if there hadn't been such difference between our ideologies, if we could have a relationship without the fear of loosing each other to the ruthless surroundings, if it was easier for you to accept me. Agar mujhe farak padta hai, toh kya aapko farak padta hai? This mattered to her.
Milke bhi, hum na mile
Tumse na jaane kyun, meelon ke,
Hain faasle tumse na jaane kyun
Anjaane, hain silsile
Tum se na jaane kyun, sapne hai
Palkon tale tum se na jaane kyun..
Kaise batayein
Kyun tujhko chahen
Yaara batha na paayein
Baatein dilon ki
Dekho jo baki
Aake tujhe samjhayein
Tu jaane na..
Tu jaane na
Shivaay gave an unhappy smile. "Anika, keh do farak padta hai! Just say it damn it. Mujhe saaf dikhai de raha hai. Bas agar manogi nahi toh main kuch nahi kar sakta."
"Shivaay, main kuch keh bhi du, toh kya aapko farak padta hai? Yeh sirf iss liye puch rahe hai taki Tia se shaadi na karni pade? Aap kehte hain umare beech main ek rishta tha. Ehsaas tha. Toh kya ehsaas sirf mujhe hua? Aapko nahi? Kya rishta sirf mera tha? Aapka nahi?"
Anika freed herself at his blank expression. She shook her head, equally disheartened. In this game of tennis, throwing the ball of farak On each other had resulted in a nil score for both of them. Tie. Both of them had lost. And they clearly gave a walk over to the other competitors.
Nigahon mein dekho meri jo hai bas gaya
Woh hai milta tumse hoobahoo
Jaane teri aankhein ya baatein thi vajah...
Hue tum jo dil ki aarzoo
Tum paas ho ke bhi
Tum aas ho ke bhi
Ehsaas ho ke bhi
Apne nahin aise hai hum ko gile
Tumse na jaane kyun, meelon ke
Hain faasle tumse na jaane kyun...
Tu jaane na..
Tu jaane na
o jaane na jaane na jaane na
tu jaane na
Before moving out of the room, Anika turned and looked at him again. "Shivaay jitna aap jaan na chahte hain ki mujhe farak padta hai ya nahi utna hi main jaan na chahti hun ki aapko farak padta hai kya? Aap kar lijiye shaadi. Aap nahi manenge ki aapko farak padta hai. Agar aap nahi maan sakte toh koi fayda hi nahi. Aapko jaan na tha na. Haan mujhe farak padta hai. Aap jeet gaye. Par aapne mujhe hara diya. Yeh kaisa rishta hua Shivaay?"
Khayalon mein lakhon baatein,
Yoon toh keh gaya..
Bola kuch na tere saamne
hue na begaane bhi tum hoke aur ke
Dekho tum na mere hi bane
Afsos hota hai, dil bhi yeh rota hai
Sapne sanjota hai, pagla hua soche ye
Hum the mile tum se na jaane kyun
Meelon ke, hain faasle tumse na jaane kyun
Anjaane, hain silsile
Tum se na jaane kyun, sapne hai
Palko tale tum se na jaane kyun...
Anika turned while a smile graced Shivaay's defeated features. He took swift strides towards her and enveloped her in a hug. "Mujhe bhi utna hi farak padta hai Anika." He confessed to her and to himself.
When she looked up at him, he placed a simple kiss on her face and hugged her again.
"I am sorry Anika. Shivaay Singh Oberoi haar nahi maan sakta na. Mujhe farak padta hai Anika. Bohot padta hai. Bad jhukta nahi main. Tumhe sochna hoga. Kya tum mere takkar ki ho?"

How was it? Do comment I'll be reading them but replies only after 9th haan 😆
I wrote it in like 20 minutes so excuse me if there is some problem. I have my finals from Monday *sigh* I haven't come online for about 2 days. Long for me 😆
I had to write this. It was yet my characteristic abrupt end. Comment what you liked and didn't.
I don't even know what to say about the track. :P
Regards,
Krishi ❤️
P.S. Read the lyrics with the OS. It is deep 😳
