Divorce....evidence??

I haven't been following the show since the pregnancy drama but recently started as the emotions being brought into picture were much more realistic.

Like Jatin talking about people being able to play 1 role in life, Sona admiting she too made mistakes, Dev stating that anyone seeing Sona will fall in love, Bijoy being over protective, Asha balancing act...superb.

My question is, I know Sona signed the pre-nup and walked away from Dev. However when did the divorce happen? She didn't sign such document right? Or during the leap, it was presumed it had occurred? My point is, if there was court hearing, Dev would have seen Sona's pregnancy...

No idea at all .. should wait and see

Dnt think they have been divorced coz each time someone has asked Sona she had said separated not divorced.

For divorce, they would have to meet, which does not seem to have happened. That is why maybe Dev was somewhere in his heart content that she has not remarried. And was able to put on a facade that her life did not matter to him. His true colours revealed when he saw her with a guy.

So my guess is they have just been separate.
