While I see reasons are valid, we need to keep in mind that Bebo lives a luxurious lifestyle which has a team dedicated to her health and her beauty. There's a makeup artist. There's a trainer. So many professionals are involved in making sure Bebo does what she's supposed to do what's required of her. She has a nanny taking care of her son/children when she's at work. She lives a luxurious life that allows Bebo to do what she wants to do even if it means leaving her newborn son at home with the nanny to pursue the whole "full-time working mother" image.
And as for us, what do we have? Nothing. Just ourselves, and our family. If money allows, we can have a trainer helping us. We work a standard 9-5 job, 40 hours a week. We come home, and we fulfill our duties as a sister, as a wife, or even as a mother. We do not have the luxury to treat ourselves with a professional team.
It's why it's so crucial not to follow any celebrity's pregnancy routine/post-delivery lifestyle and model it as your own. They are living in an entirely different lifestyle/environment from us. If you study sociology, you would understand that rich people would have different sets of issues while regular guys like us would experience problems that affect us in ways that rich people would quickly take care of.
Look at Shah Rukh Khan. He is one of the world's richest actors, sitting on over 600 million dollar valuation. And he's an avid smoker, has been for a long, long time. For regular people like us - 30 years of smoking results in lung cancer, kidney failure, and multiple problems needing medical attention. And Shah Rukh Khan has an entire team dedicated to his health, his looks and so on. It's why people like Shah Rukh Khan would consider issues like this minimal as they have the resources/money to take care of it.
So like I said earlier, go to your primary doctor, gynecologist, or an OB-GYN, and talk to them. Talk to your doctor about what's the best way to minimize any harm/risk during pregnancy, carry your child to term (40 weeks), and to make sure the child is healthy and void of all risks/harm. And keep in mind, your lifestyle is NOT the same as Bebo's lifestyle. Put your body and health first before you model anyone else's.
