Answer for the first question is a mistary only all we know is all chauhan siblings call her maasi maa and she is nirmala's best friend and Nk's p.r.

For second question also a mistary we only know he has a skin problem of some kind(maybe skin sensitivity to sun rays)and that he hates people touch him and he doesn't like to touch either the mistary might revel itself one of these days😆

As for khyti she thinks that naina made fun of Karen and made his life impossible during the wedding and she hates her for that and being protective of her favourite bro Karen but don' worry naina can handle her😉(even her bro admitted to that😆)
