Today's episode starts with the same question that got us so worked up yesterday.
Ishwari asks Dev that now that he knows the truth, will he throw Ishwari out of his life and bring back Sonakshi? Dev gets annoyed and says that he doesn't care about Sonakshi anymore.
Me: Yeah yeah, yada yadi yada... Same old bakwas.
Waise kitna jhooth bolte ho aap maa bete. Agar aapko Sonakshi se koi lena dena nehin, to aapko uski jasoosi karne ki kya jaroorat hain? Soha Sonakshi ki hain kaun, usse Bhaiya, aapko kya? Aap unke hain kaun?
Aur Maataji, thoda naa zameen pe aao. Besan ka Halwa samajh ke rakhha hain kya Sonakshi ko?
Aapko kya laga ke itna sab kuch hone ke baad aapka darling puttar apna haath aage karega aur Sonakshi apne upar dry fruits daalke uske haath mein ainvayee aa jayegi? Agar woh option hota naa maiya, to apke option dene se pehle hi Bhaiya yahan se nau-do-gyarah ho gaye hote. Abhi to chakki pissing baaki hain tum dono ki maata...
At Sonakshi's office Jatin jokes about her flower shop. She gets mad and complains to him about the mother son duo. Jatin quietly listens and smiles. Sonakshi blames him that he is on Dev's side. Jatin says that he is on her side but tries to play Devil's Advocate and says that may be Dev could not be both good son and husband unlike Sonakshi who is best daughter and best mother. He wished that like her he could fulfil all the roles efficiently like her. He lost his mother. So what is the biggest problem for Dev, is his biggest dream. Sonakshi says that he is a good son may be that's why her father wants him to be part of their family.
Me: Jatin bhaiya, hamare Dev bhaiya ko multi tasking nehin aata. Unke paas ek hi emotion hain jo woh ek time pe ek hi insaan ko de sakte hain. Aur unke Maataji ne us emotion ko pre-book karke rakhha tha. To bechari Sonakshi ko kabhi 1 scene se jyada mili hi nehin. Lekin rehne do. Aap nehin samjhoge. Waise, aap ko hamari Push-Pull kaisi lagti hain? Aap kahen to baat chalau? Smart, intelligent woman minus past baggage and ex-stalker.
Sonakshi says that when their relationship broke up, all faults were not just Dev's. She made mistakes too. She should have known that they are too different. Jatin says that she should not blame herself for falling in love. Pain and heartbreak are part of love. Sonakshi says to Jatin that he is speaking nonsense. When did she say that Dev and her love each other? Jatin says that he didn't say it. Sonakshi is shocked.
Me: Ai ai ya... Lag gayee waat. Jatin bhaiya, aap Sonakshi ki Golu ho.
At office, Ishwari is busy buttering up... sorry pure desi ghee-ing up Dev for lying to him. But he is angry hence not giving bhav. Ishwari says that which parents don't lie to their kids? She told lies for his own good.
Me: Hain? Maata, kaun sa parents apne adult bachho se jhooth bolte hain? Maine to nehin dekha aisi parents.
Dev gets call from school which is his best unpaid spy. Golu informs him that Jatin is not Soha's father. Bhaiya wonders that if Jatin is not Soha's father, then who is her father. He remembers 7 pepsi and wonders who is Soha to Sonakshi. Bhaiya becomes the Flash and runs to school.
Me: Jal gayee, jal gayee. Arre office ki carpet nehin. Bhaiya ki memory ki batti jal gayee. Ab bas dot connect karna hain bas. Ab bas do hi dot bachi hain, Sonakshi and Soha. Itna to bhaiya connect kar lenge, right?
At Bose's house, everyone is teasing Saurabh about his marriage. Cute scene. Khud dekh lo.
My reaction: Awww... But move on, CVs. Aag kahin aur lagi hain. Yeh sab scenes hum end mein bhi dekh sakte hain.
Moving on, at school, Sonakshi comes to pick up Soha. Soha introduces her as her mother to Golu and tells her that he is her friend and enemy. Sonakshi smiles. They share a cute scene. Golu is totally fida on Sonakshi. Poor thing is missing a woman's presence. Bhaiya is playing I spy with my totally-don't-care eye...
Bhaiya thinks that he has to find out the exact relationship between Soha and Sona. So he follows Sonakshi and Soha to Bose house.
Me: Wah Bhaiya wah!!! Akal ki dukan. Memory jali to electricity doosri taraf kam ho gaya kya ki us taraf ki batti bujha di? Do dot bhi connect nehin hua aapse?
Uparwala jab akal baat raha tha, aap kya mummy ki godi mein so rahe the?
Soha chatters about her project and tells her about what the teachers said. Sonakshi once again tells Soha that if she wants to meet her father anytime, she should tell her. She herself will take her to meet her father. Soha says that she already had taken the decision in Kolkata. If she meets her father, she will have to share her mother's time which she doesn't want. Her life is busy. Soha then tells about Golu and Bigcha. She says that Sonakshi should meet Golu's Bigcha. Soha sees Golu with his BigCha on his bike. She makes their signal but Dev ignores her so that Sonakshi doesn't see him. Sonakshi was on the phone so she didn't see them.
Me: Anyone has any doubt about Soha being deprived by cruel Sonakshi? Now just forcing Soha is left. May be Sonakshi should force Soha so that people can think she is a good mother?
Dev comes to Bose house and continues spying. He sees Soha bonding with Bose family who were until then teasing Saurabh about his marriage. Jatin comes there and Soha greets him sweetly. Dev smiles watching the happy people there but wonders how Soha knows everyone there?
Me: Me too Bhaiya, me too. Just imagine, you could have been part of that family if you hadn't stubbornly refused to belong to any other family but your mother. What a loss for you.
But really? Abhi tak adopted child tak bhi nehin pahuche aap? Oh dear lord. Do dot. Bas do dot bache the connect karne ke liye.
Saurabh's alliance - The Mondols, arrive, Bose family introduces themselves. Suhana introduces herself as Suhana Bose, the littlest Bose. Dev is still spying.
Sonakshi comes down and Dev thinks that Sonakshi is so beautiful, that anyone will becomes destroyed for her, like him.
Me (Facepalm): God, give me strength. Bhaiya, focus on the issue. Aap yahan apki ex-biwi pe lattoo hone nehin, Soha ke saath uska kya rishta hain woh pata karne aaye ho. Maine kahan tha ki Sonakshi ke saamne aate hi, aapka bheja fry ho jaata hain. Aur koi nehin to Golu ko hi bhej dete? Woh unka family history to kya bank account no. aur password tak nikal laata.
Sonakshi instantly makes the girl comfortable by teasing and joking. The girl's family praises Saurabh and Sonakshi. Dev thinks that it's all appearance and drama.
Me: Haan bhaiya, aap ko to drama hi lagega. Sonakshi ke ghar mein aane wale naye member ka dil kholke welcome karte hain aur aapke ghar mein joota nikalke. Is liye aapko kaise pata chalega ki decent family kaisi hoti hain.
Dev calls Elena and tells her that her brother is getting married. She should congratulate them and meet them. Elena hesitates but Dev insists.
Me: Wah bhaiya? Aap kitne mahaan ho. Saat saal se Elena ko poocha nehin ki woh apne gharwalon se milna chahti hain ya nehin. Aur ab jab andar ki khabar bahaar laani hain to rishte nibhane ki advice de rahe ho? Aur hum sochte the ki Sonakshi matlabi hain ki usne Soha ko choice diya apne papa se milne ka.
Elena gets dressed and goes to talk to Radha. She fumes but Elena said that Dev told her to go. Radha is furious.
At Bose house, Soha is drawing picture of her and Golu and BigCha for her mother and shows Jatin the pic. She says that Golu's BigCha is like a superhero. She offers to introduce them to Jatin. Jatin jokes that he is jealous. Soha notices Dev peeking.
Me: Lo, Dev babu. Aap pe uparwala meherban. Ab Soha se hi pooch lo uske mummy daddy ka naam. Aag to dur, aapke dimaag se to dhua bhi nehin nikla.
Precap: Ishwari calls her prisoner, sorry Dev, that where he went. Dev tells her that he is standing outside Sonakshi's house and waiting for Elena to come and meet her family.
Ishwari is shocked.
Me: Maiya, main naa *ahem* apne 30s mein hoon. Aapko pata hain meri single mother mujhe kitni baar phone karti hain? Hafte mein ek baar normally unless she needs me for something.
Aap to apne bete ko aise pooch rahe ho ki aapka 8 saal ka beta school se time pe nehin aaya.
Uparwale, isko uthane mein aapko itna time kyun lag raha hain. Nariyal kafi nehin hain kya? Halwa bhi promise karoon?
Aur bhaiya, kyun inko aapko saara sach vomit karna hota hain?
