Raman comes home defeated in his efforts to be closer to his family and is very upset and devastated. He has fb's of the days events...Toshiji sees him in this state and asks him to share his pain, Rama says 'that he put his heart and soul in this but unfortunately it didn't work out". Toshiji asks him not to loose hope, says that's life..you have success and failures...she says money and business comes and goes but the one that will stick with him is his family..don't give up..it will work out.
In the morning
At the bhallas
Toshiji is panickingas raman is not in his room
Toshiji asks Romi , if the work load at the office has increased? And romi is hiding it and diverts her, says yes he's very busy at office...and parents are worried and bhallaji says after ishita and the kids left raman is always tensed asks if everything is fine.
Toshiji wants bhallaji to go to office and romi avoids it..
Romi tries to call raman but he's not picking up.. mihika wants to know Raman's whereabouts. Romi is diverting her.
Param at Gaurav's office ...and wants to know why is he so blindly believe in astrology
And param looks around the office its filled with deities and pooja stuffs. Gaurav asks him to mind his own business and param leaves
At the police station
Raman has come to meet Abhishek
He shares his frustration with him , as he's unable to meet his kids
Si asks him not to give up ...and that he will definitely find a way
Raman comes up with an idea, that he will give a job offer that poonam can't refuse.. and in the mean time he can be with kids as gulabo and that abshiek can recommend him. Si agrees to help.
Romi calls raman and shares everything and raman assures that everything will work out..his confidence level goes up after the talk with Abhishek
At shagmani's
Poonam has come and ishita opens the door
Poonam wants to now more about pihu..likes and dislikes etc
Ishita shares everything with poonam..
Shagun wakes up with acidity problems ...and poonam wants to handle pihu and ishu to handle shagun..ishu insists that pihu doesn't like to be woken up by anyone but her..but poonam doesn't give up.
So poonam goes to wake up pihu...she's a bit shady..she spots the camera
Pihu doesn't wake up and asks for ishima...pihu doesn't budge..she wants ishimaa and ishu enters and hugs her
Poonam is not happy ...ishu says she'll make her fav omelette...poonam hears this...poonam made sunny side omelette but pihu wants masala omelette and voices out her choice at the dining table..mani is also there, he's watching the scene...ishu says she only wants to give you a good breakfast besides she spent time making it and not to hurt her feelings, and appreciate her effort. Ishita asks pihu to apologize and eat the breakfast..and says shes here for you, to teach history. Pihu asks wasn't dad going to teach me history? and leaves upset.
Wait yesterday pihu knew why this lady was hired and today pihu acts this way?..😲😕😳inconsistencies
Aaliya informs that shagun is vomiting a lot and mani rushes to help followed by ishu and aaliya calls her doc..

Adi brought an admission form ruhi wants to share this with her parents, but adi says papa and ishima will be happy with her choice. Ruhi wants to plan something for their anniversary, and adi assures everything will work out.
Poonam has come to school to drop pihu and pihu wants to confirm that ishima will pick her up after school as she only wants to go home with her.
Poonam gets irritated...and goes for on her..and physically abuses her..in public?!.. and the bystanders are quiet!...and raman who comes to meet poonam sees this...he's furious
He walks straight up to her and takes pihu by his side and warns her..but she counters by calling the security...and they warn him..and raman says he will go away and he sends pihu with the security guard inside..and she asks him to better watch, what a woman can do..if she screams, he will be in deep trouble..raman leaves. She's a control freak
Param calls panditji assistant as he wants to meet panditji...assistant informs he's out of town...its all done by gaurav
At the clinic
Ishita is busy in clinic...has 2 hours in between so goes to meet pihu at school to make her feel better.. pihu says shes not angry, she loves her and wants to be with her...and ishu holds pihu's face and accidentally touches her ears...and pihu yelps of pain and ishita asks what happened ..pihu is hurt in her hand..has marks, and asks what happened ...and asks if anyone hurt her..pihu hides it..pihu hugs her..and cries.

Ishu gives a earful to poonam and Abhishek is there..looks like ishita recorded her abusive behavior on camera. Abshiek asks ishita not to loose hope and not to be upset and suggests gulabo..

My pov
Toshiji and raman ---nice scene...after a long time.
So due to Romi's mysterious / questionable answers and actions ...and Raman's secret mission ..toshiji concludes that raman is having an affair. She feels that something is very wrong here or should I say is it adding up...its mysterious.
So it was raman who wanted Abhishek to recommend him to ishita..got it

I'm surprised how ishita didn't think of gulabo?.. she definitely felt a connection !
But if you see it this way...as a mother Ishita lost hope with the nannies, it might not have occurred to her at all or might have thought what if other candidates turned out to be like poonam. So she's apprehensive and so came the recommendation from Abhishek to hire gulabo...we do the same thing, it's our kids...we cross check references and still unsure of the sitters or tutors...and most of the time, it's the personal recommendations that makes us feel most comfortable and confident, that our kids are in good hands. I'm sure many mothers would've gone through this situation...heck we even ask around for housekeepers, milk man, paper boy, with our neighbors...just my opinion..no offense meant.
