JNDSD~ My Take~6TH February 2017 ~ Noticeable yet unseen..
Interesting fact of life is that all seen , perceived and understood might not be as it appears . The reality might be concealed and invisible and quite contrary. Yet many a times to get to achieve what we want we may tweak the means to get to an end. Vividha without a doubt is assertive in her stance of seeking out Ravish and returning home with him. We see her mulling things over in her mind to squirm and wriggle herself out of sticky situations.
Vividha confronts Indian soldiers lets the assumption remain that she is the missing captain's Ravish's wife . She aptly gathers the respect and security priority given, but is smart enough to decline their offer to the safety of the Army camp, her forward thinking tells her she may be whisked back from whence she came Delhi. She decides coming so far she will get her way even if it means, hoodwinking her army . To her , the army isn't doing enough to get Ravish back. She does manage to find out that Ravish is on the other side of the border. That in itself clarifies the route to take! Furthermore she works on the premise that her forceful rejection of their demand will back off the soldiers, as force will not be applied to her on the belief that she is the captains wife too.To me she uses her prerogative of being a woman of significantly well. Imagine the treatment a male civilian would have received in a similar scenario ? Vividha's wish is granted under the name of Ravish... for whom now she intends to fulfill the unspoken unseen bond of friendship, seeing that she was unable to fulfill the seen bond of marriage..
Army is not just the distinction of a smart uniforms ,stars , stripes. It's active combat, fighting the foe in the face, the act of retreat to save the lives of comrades , of following orders!! Ravish's spirit tried to be broken, by his captors FBs of how he pulled back to save lives of his soldiers. Battle scenes, retreat orders .. his capture.. but his spirit to guard his motherland remains unbroken.. Vividha's spirit too remains unbroken! Smart thinking on her part yet again, in her call of nature gives her the chance to flee the protection of the guarding army officers! While Ravish is in captivity, Vividha sets herself free of protection! ducks and dives straight to the border! .. crossing it will lead her to salvage Ravish.
For those left behind imperative obeisance.. Sujata's evident prayers for the safe return of the two children Ravish and Vividha is confronted by Suman's hardheartedness . Sujata's earnestness is unseen by Suman! Everything Sujata does in good faith is unseen by Suman, instead she puts out the divine light of heavenly presence and protection with an angry stamp of her palm. Suman taunts Sujata for being takers and when the time to give her support arrives , Atharv coldly dumps them! This is how Suman sees it in the obvious sense . For the reality of her accusation is unseen! Till Abdul chacha shows all the truth. Sunjata needs to pray for the three children now! Suddenly the stress and pain strikes a balance between the two mothers. So Sujata s worship of no significance a while ago, is now seen as justified by Suman! Vividha arrives at the unsecured border area .. to her crossing over seems easy.. images of vast desolate land ,barbed wires now make sense to her, that things appear easy. From far she can see across ,that she stands on her territory for the minute. But unseen by her is the danger that awaits her. The divine light of protection of life is lit by Sujata in the aarti thali .. it symbolizes that any danger to Vividha's life will be averted!
Rude awaking for Vividha by the rocked fired at her by the other side.. before it gets to her.. a strangers body against hers! topples over hers! and moves her out of harms range!! Sujata's lit diva flickers as her heart questions.. Atharv ?
Yes him!! as he looks into Vividha's eyes in a new cold frigid setting.. her guardian angel crouches before her in the middle of nowhere.. dangerous times! how can she think he would let her wander off alone?he had to come ! to take her back.. well the army couldn't dissuade her from her task ,by taking her back with them. Neither can he! She came to find Ravish and take him back she will! frozen she will stay here till she finds him! Atharv stares at her.. still on her high horse is she.. go to hell then he yells, yes! What does it matter to him? whether she chooses to life or die it's her life! her decision! She retorts back at him! In the cold snow they turn their backs to each other and once again go opposite ways.. till the ice between them melts and Vividha falls in a pool of unseen frozen water.. Atharv runs to rescue! Vividha!!!
Overall in sequence episode .Vividha's intrepid journey continues... she is one who believes in getting her way.. and in the episode she comes across as mentally agile , strong, with a clarity of purpose. Hopefully she will have some understanding that one doesn't mess with the army.. when they mean shoot at sight! They are not jesting. Yet her trip to the line of control certainly gets her to meet the man who controls the straight line to her heart! ... hamlet53 7.2.17
