Industry insiders no doubt heard relentless rumors of a clandestine affair as we all did but the only proof anyone has seen refutes it.
If you were not here in the beginning it would be really hard to describe how for quite a while EVERYTHING became about a "poor abused woman" standing up to a "rich bad man". Very few people were looking at her statements objectively. Everyone was after Hrithik despite absolutely no proof he had done anything wrong. She was giving national interviews playing the woman card (really well - she truly is a gifted actress). Any man showing support for Hrithik would have been instantly vilified. BW is not known for its bravery LOL.
Hrithik apparently asked his close friends not to speak about it. And when asked (Kunal, Goldie) they said "legal matter truth will be come out". That was probably smart. If he had tried to get people to publicly support him she would have used that against him the same way she is now trying to use her forcing him to show evidence (privately) to prove she was lying.
