Sandhya told Kunal that Naina herself came to us for this marriage right during the episode? 😕 This means Kunal doesn't know it was his dad's condition?

He knows it 😆 Karan himself said that, "Sharton pe rishtey nahi bante" and Meghna called it "Blackmail". Also, Khayti told him about NK's condition that either they take two dolis or none 😆

Sandhya just told him that Naina agreed on her own for it. They left the decision up to the Solankis and Naina said yes... Although, I think Kunal doesn't even really consider this as in the next move, Sandhya already had his attention elsewhere 😆

Kunal came across as a very selfish character here. He knew the full truth but Sandhya statement, that Karan cannot do better due to his condition, overrode everything.
He literally sacrificed Naina for his brother and family without any thought for Naina. Did not think about her ONCE even after promising Meghna that he will treat her family as his. Would he do the same for his sister? I can bet 'NOT'!

I recommend you to watch 1 feb episode even then also you call kunal a selfish then it's all your choice. I don't have have to say anything more.

I have watched every episode so far. I didn't say Kunal is ALWAYS selfish. I said Kunal came across as selfish HERE.

There is a difference in the above two sentences.

And yes - in the end - it is my choice and POV.

Naina agreed for the marriage for her mothers swaabhiman and her sisters happiness. We called it as sacrifice..But when kunal accepted this marriage for his brothers better future, some call it as selfishness..Y these double standards..According to me kunal was not acting selfish,he just handled the situation practically

I actually called Naina selfish, too, because she was thinking about her mom and sister, and only them, but didn't consider Karan even once 😆 And I don't have any problems saying that Kunal was selfish, too, when he considered only his brother and his happiness, but not Naina's.

Personally, I don't get why this should be such a huge issue 🤔 It makes him human, I loved what he did here 😆 Naina put her mom and sister above everyone. Meghna puts her mother and sister above everyone. Kunal put his brother above everyone, too.

So, either all are selfless or all are selfish, I guess 😆 Depending on which PoV we want to look at it from. I'll call them humans.

But yes, saying one is that and the other is that in this situation, isn't exactly fair,

I would only partially agree with the comparison. Yes Nania was selfish but what did she sacrifice? Herself. Kunal was being selfish by thinking of his brother and what he sacrifice? Someone else - not related to him.

Karan was being sacrificed anyway!
