Artharv angry & confused mind overpowered his heart & soul completely. His body language & eyes didn't support him when he asks Vividha to have a choice to choose over him or Ravish.

I was laughing over his koi farkh padhta hai dialogue. He couldn't even look at her face while saying these words to Vividha. His eye clearly & loudly speaks bahut farkh padhta hai & knows can't live without her.

Atharav anger, jealousy & zidd to hurts vividha shows how much he possesive about her. And same goes for Vividha.

As manali is on the way lets see how long these stubborn babies resist eachother.

Both Shivani & Vikram made Vitharav so real that we loved them.
