It is so visible that hes doin al this to keep her away from Khanna Vultures😕..He luves her alot and all the taunting hes doing is fake..He gave the similar sad expressions even yest whn Mami was taunting Mehek.He becomes very sad whn Karuna says sarcastically abt wat he did to Mehek was wrong..Hes gona hurt himself more and more by hurting her wit nasty comments..His actions r different frm his facial expressions..The way he gently twirled Mehek in the room ,itself says so much..Im so sure hes faking al this no love drama for Mehek and her Family..

N hats off to Karan Vohra..Hes doin such a fab job and has come a long way..His expressions speak volumes of his growth as an actor😊

Yes my dear,he's hurting more than Mahek. He loves Mahek a lot but for some reason he's hiding it. He's expressions speaks volumes,zubaan Kuch kahta hai aur chahra Kuch aur. Karan is doing a fantastic job as shaurya khanna. No one can tell he's a newbie...I mean look at him..his dialogue delivery,his expressions,his performance and everything about him is just perfect! Way to go KV!
