She looks numb and unable to react. Of course the fact that he is shot and in serious condition but also the fact that he took a bullet for her. You do not take a bullet for someone who you care about, you take a bullet for someone you love.
Shivvay ran towards her like a man possessed (reminds me of the usain bolt part in my story ..lol), shielded her and is hovering at deaths door because he thought her life was more precious than his. He did it without thought, planning or even a minutes hesitation.
I think she is going to realise how much he loves her even if he does not say it in the near future
But the SSO needs to start disappearing for the Shivvay to form

I never hated this man nor I will ever, he's the most intriguing character of the show and becomes more intriguing when he's with anika, no one can tell what next they will do to each other or say to each other.

sadly no one wants to see this, he is fighting his own demons and yesterday he confessed something that he has never confessed"that tumhe takleef mein dekh kr muje kitni takleef hoti hai"

we knew he always feel sad after making anika sad but yesterday he confessed too, also he confronted mrs.kapur for sahil"masom bachaa" remember how rude and inhumane he was to sahil and now he's feeling his pain.

Actually what is more painful about Shivaay is that - he just cannot express feelings and thoughts in words out loud.. He is so timid when it comes to sharing his feelings and what is going on in his heart and mind , in this he is exactly different from annika. annika muhfat hai.. she says everything that is her heart in some or the other way.. cries out her sorrow . But shivaay he neither can talk it out nor can cry it out.. He has so much pain compressed in that little weak heart of his.. You cannot really blame him..

He has never been loved selflessly by anybody.. from childhood he was forced to become the ruthless man he is..forced to grow up early..forced to give up his aspirations and dreams and happiness and choices...forced to giveup everything to become the great wall of shivaay. .. but the way Annika loves him.. Shivaay understands that This woman is giving him all the attention in the world.. all the care possiblly present in the universe - just like that.. without expecting anything , without any personal motive.. he knows that he doesn't deserve what she is giving him

And so I feel Giving his life to her was a decision made quite easily and without thoughts.. Because HE thinks she deserves it😊😊

Today he proved by taking the bullet that was meant for her that her life is very precious to him... he can behave strangely with her , not accept his love for her.. but no one can take her away from him. You have pierced SSO 's heart and described whats going within him very well.. he is craving to share his sorrows , his happiness and worries with Anika but is helpless..but surely post the hospital track, there will be a little love confession and he will surely open up with her.
Its not easy to hate SSO, though its hard to like him like shivaay.
Only you can make a post like this on him.
